Although I am an Arabic mother I enjoyed your video so much , I am interested in teaching my little preschooler English beside Arabic language .Your video was so simple to follow and it was intelligence of you to show us how it works for your sweet daughter may Allah bless her ,thanks a lot for this encouraging video ,thanks for all those links and wonderful ideas. I subscribed and will follow you good luck .
I know this is an older video but I just stumbled across it and you mentioned teaching sign language. Is there a particular program or resources you used? My middle son was born with a cleft palate which resulted in temporary hearing problems and also a speech delay. We work with speech therapy but we are trying to incorporate sign language to make it easier for him to explain what he needs when we can’t understand his speech.
Hi Jessica! We used "Signing Time." There are DVDs and I think they even have an app and subscription service now. Lots of content as the woman who developed it has been doing it for so many years. I don't completely remember the story, but her name is Rachel and I believe it's her daughter that is deaf that is in the videos with her along with her hearing nephew. They are so good.
I've been using this program for a couple of years and I really love it. One comment about the little books: You CAN print them back to back, they just won't be in the same order and you have to be careful to print the last page inside the back cover. I like saving paper 😀
Love the video. Your daughter is adorable. And so smart. So fun watching her do the activities. I downloaded “A” a week ago before coming across this video. What made you start with F instead of A? Will you continue to go out of order? Thanks for the two little books alternatives; I will check them out.
Aww, thank you! I honestly don't recall why I started with F.... it's been a while since I recorded this video 😂. My Daughter is now in Kinder and definitely knew her letters and numbers etc well thanks to these.
I would like a calendar, weather, birtday, holidays, for one child but its fun to do daily. I can’t locate a free one to prin5. Any Ideas or links. Thanks, you have a lovely daughter!
