I've seen a LOT of places in NYC by other UA-camrs, and this place by far is the NICEST place I've ever seen. Whoever designed the floor plan I would give a medal too. The designer who put the furnishings in, Is in the same category.
Honestly, if I were someone looking to buy a place in NYC, I would have bought it the minute I walked into that place, furnishings and all. Wow.
Thank you! It means a lot! I work for the developers Wife, Kirsten Jordan, she’s awesome!!! Colonnade Group are the developers, they put on some fantastic projects!
I'm sold, Tom! If only I could scratch up $5,250,000 plus a little more to expand storage under the stairs... I have lots of kitchen gadgets, I would buy it. Seriously, I'm glad you made it safely to Miami, and I look forward to seeing you soon on your livestreams from a warm place.😽
Thank you so much for watching and I am glad you enjoyed this tour! More to come!
Very nice tour of an exquisite apartment. I subscribed.
Glad you enjoyed!!!
Can you imagine living there when it snows? I bet it’s beautiful!
I have been in there when snowing. It is spectacular!!!
I've watched a lot of videos of 20 million $ apartments that didn't wow me nearly as much as this did. This place is perfectly laid out with amazing views, especially that one the person washing the dishes gets. This is beyond worth it.
Thank you for your kind words! I’m happy you enjoyed this stunning property!
Ohh my.. what a penthouse, the space and the view, wow. Can see my favorite building. I love it. Thank you for let us see. I keep on dreaming and I always say, you never know.

Those bathrooms, that’s exactly the design I love! So modern! ❤
Glad you enjoyed this stunning unit
Incredible view.
The best!
Gorgeous Tom! Exactly the type of condo I dream of. This helps me to keep dreaming and stay motivated to work hard. ❤️
Thank you!!! One day I will be handing you the keys!
beautiful apartment thats actually tastefully decorated and thoughtfully designed.
Great views even though its not a skyscraper type building. So you're close enough to see the streets but also have great views of the NYC skyline on almost all sides of the apartment.
Quite sure this thing will sell quickly if not already sold.
Thank you for watching
Love the long counter and window with the kitchen sink. This reminds me of the ones the Kleiers showed on their show.
Really glad you enjoyed this one! It's my personal favorite
This looks like it could be the perfect NYC apartment. Lots of light. Excellent tour, Tom!

Thanks for watching
Enjoy Miami, safe travel
Thank you!
Excellent presentation and utilization of time.
Thank you for watching!
LOVVVVE ITTTT!
Glad you liked it
Yes please.
Glad you enjoyed it
Very nice tour! No music and BS, just simple tour of the Penthouse and views. I like your presentation very much.
Glad you enjoyed this
Some people may not believe this, but this section of 1st Avenue just north of Houston is relatively uncongested, and the horn honking will be to the minimum by Manhattan standards. My aunt lives in one of the balcony apartments across the street and I have witnessed this for decades. Head 10 blocks north to Stuyvesant town and it really does change!
I agree, thank you for watching!
Stunning
It really is!
@@WalksWallStreetenjoy your time in Miami.
Crazy. I lived on 5th street and 1st in a fine little apartment for 700 / month until 1997. Just 3 doors down.
Wow
Tom got an idea. At the top of the steps where the landing is could it be possible to stretch a netting across just below the skylight. It would be a cool hangout in the winter time.
Thank you so much for watching!!
Very cool.
Thank You!
🔥
Thank you for watching
Algo maravilloso es bellísimo un privilegio para los q lo pueden pagar, Manhattan 🇺🇲👍❤️ lo tiene todo
🇺🇸
Real nice.
Thank you for watching!!
@@WalksWallStreet you’re welcome
I wish I could buy this
You can! 🙏
BEAUTIFUL WOW AND A FAIR PRICE
Really glad you enjoyed this!
What amenities does the building have??
Doorman, gym, rooftop!
how come the bedroom doors swing out into the hallway? there's more than enough space to have them swing into the bedrooms. now you're forced to keep them closed 24/7 unless you want the hallway completely blocked up
You are able to adjust
The bedroom doors are the only things I do not like about the place.
Is the property tax only $3,377/month or year? If it is per year, is it brand new property and have 15 yrs tax abatement? What is the property tax after the 15 years tax abatement?
Monthly charges for tax/common.
@@WalksWallStreetyou listed common charge/month is $2,978. So what is $3,377 for then? Do you have to pay $3,377 on top of $2,978? If yes, is that per month or per year?
@@vincentnnyc both taxes and common charges are monthly expenses.
@@WalksWallStreet so basically you have to pay $6,355/month for the rest of your life even after you pay off your mortgage. Does that sound like a great deal to you or anyone here?
You are correct, yes. It's about in line with comps in the area.
A dystopian hell hole of a city.
:)
Where are the closets? 🤨🤔
🇺🇸
1Million Max
🇺🇸
For that price I would expect a kitchen or grill on the rooftop terrace, and I would have liked to see the closets. Also, there is nowhere near enough storage in the kitchen. Lovely place but lacking for the high price, IMHO.
Thank you for watching. You get 2 grills on the roof 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
@@WalksWallStreet Oh, I did not see that in the tour. My mistake! Thank you for a fun tour.
Nice penthouse, but 5.2 mil?! Sheesh. Sounds like it may very well be vacant for some time.
Thank you for watching!
You would be surprised how many people have that kind of money to spend. There are a lot of millionaires out there.
no TV?
no tv
5 mill
250...
Location location location.
🇺🇸
Come on Bitcoin!
🇺🇸
$5.25MILL???
Very good
next time open closets. there just as important. a price Tage like that n a small closet is a big no for me.
Thank you for watching g
Wow I love ❤️ manufacturering so much....and human will not rule us anymore. The president of usa 🇺🇸 and Germany 🇩🇪 and England 🇬🇧 will be just a computer 🖥 😀 the mankind will be just a consulter.
Thanks for watching
Nice Apt.
But saying your looking at billionaires row - that's practically 7 miles away
Lol
What your really looking at and who's looking at you is projects and low income housing.
I would not waste 5 mil on that Apt!!
Thank you for watching!
Right across the street from the projects, no thanks
Thank you for watching!
When you say "views" ....all I see is old buildings ....seems like no trees at all ....depressing.
Thank you for watching
There's a reason it's nicknamed "The Concrete Jungle"
nice but def not worth almost 6 mil specially in NYC lol
Thank you for watching!
Not even worth more then 50k
Thank you for watching
Location is not the best
Location is not the worst 😉
For over 5mil. This unit lacks privacy. Too many close buildings that have unobstructed visual views of inside the unit. It's probably even worse at night with the lights on. This is a no for me.
Thanks for letting us know!
Cheap materials, long hallway , not much place for storage, difficult stairs which makes it not so interesting for families with kids.Who is the buyer for this? 5.25 millions plus different taxes and costs to get something average. The terase is a plus, but everyone from those multi apartament buildings look at you.
Thank you for watching
The rooms aren’t big enough to fit dressers and things to put clothing in. Foh!
Thank you for watching
"WOW"
That was my reaction?
Rent cost?
Sales only unfortunately
Hallway looks so janky. bedrooms in doors that looks like storage. Livingroom so small. Rooftop is decent. What's with weird looking red brick walled apartment across the street. Hard pass on this.
Thank you for watching
