- When Russian invaded Ukraine, @CarolineGuitarCo raised money to help the Ukrainian people by donating all the proceeds from their newest version of their popular Hawaiian Pizza. Here's what it sounds like.

Great tones, Emily! Mine arrived this past weekend, it’s amazing! So much ❤️ for Philippe & everyone at Caroline!
It's, embarrassingly, my third HP and I've paid for every one haha. I think each one has been a benefit too.
Such a great pedal and it breaks up really well with fuzz tones! Great demo Emily! I do love those riffs with the B-bender haha!
Thanks so much!
Haha love it!! Fantastic pedal name!! Also love that nice Jazzmaster behind you!
Hey, thanks!
The Hat. The Guitars. The Pedal. This is why I a fan.
Much appreciated 💜💜
love the nacho hat
My husband calls it the chip'n'dip
I love this! Fascism esta no bueno. Great pedal earning money for a great cause!
Agreed!
How much does it cost.???
They were $199, just like a standard Hawaiian Pizza is new. But if someone is willing to pay more for this, I'll donate the proceeds to relief efforts for the Ukrainian people.
Yee haw
Haw yee!
It's safe to assume that anyone who gives this video a thumbs down LOVES Putin.
Sounds about right.. I needed to thumbs it up!
I know you are a mod for Emily and Ryan.. do you know anything about the question I asked in Ryans Premiere? If I did not win.. or if the contest was dropped due to lack of entries.. It would be nice to know... I was told it was off-topic and got no answer... :-(
@@valuevinyl110 Ryan said the winner knows who they are and he will announce who it is next Monday
@@jasonwelch6306 Ok cool! Congrats to the winner! thank you! :-)
What contest?
Why
Because it raised $10k for the Red Cross’s efforts on the Ukrainian border
This seems unhelpful. Ukraine and Russia have to negotiate, the situation is extremely complicated, it's not as easy as "make a pedal, save Ukraine from Russian bad guys" that's way too reductive IMHO. In fact, you're insulting Ukrainians and Russians (they are NOT fascist) and I know this personally so please leave complex politics out of a good channel. If you have done a university degree in politics and are qualified, I apologize. I am anti-war, a pacifist, just to clarify, but you are not in Europe and I am.
Irrespective of politics, I think this is a great idea - helping the victims of what's happening directly. "100% of sales proceeds of the FCK PTN pedal go to benefit José Andrés and World Central Kitchen’s efforts on the Poland/Ukraine border and the International Committee of the Red Cross’s efforts during this time."
I don't think that anyone here is calling the individual citizens of Russia or Ukraine fascists. However, the Russian government, under Putin, is undeniably fascistic. I agree that this is a very, very complicated situation, but when hospitals and apartment buildings are being bombed something has to be done.
I also don't think that anyone involved with this pedal believes that it will somehow bring about the end of the war, but $10,000 going to refugees of war crimes, is a good thing. Period.
I think Woody and Randy have said it all pretty well but I love the Russian people. Especially the ones so bravely standing up against the war. As a child I was in a Russian immersion program and took half my classes each day in Russian. I sadly retained very little of it (use it or lose it) but my love for the culture and people never wavered. Putin is a fascist and the people of Russia and Ukraine deserve peace.
I'm in Europe, I love the Russians I've worked with, and am an avid consumer of Russian literature and music - but regardless of all that, Putin IS the closest thing we've had in Europe to a totalitarian fascist dictator who threatens the peace of the continent since, well, the 2nd world war. We should call this out, and though one pedal won't save - or change - the world, I applaud Caroline and Emily for doing what they can. Anyway, enough of the politics and back to guitar pedal videos :-)
