As someone who runs and knows you don't have alot of time I'd also suggest just adding some longer hikes. You can still keep doing the shorter runs you do but I'd also get the body used to going further. There's a big difference between a 3 mile run and a 13.1 mile half marathon. It's not like you're training to be a runner and win and you don't have much time so the main goal would just be getting across the finish line, don't be afraid to walk to do so. Which is why I recommend the hikes.
Diet has little to do with it. He's training for a half marathon, not trying to lose weigh. He just needs training. Consistently increasing run times as his stamina increases.
@@LiamMarcon Well someone whos eating whole foods and drinking water is obviously going to outperform someone whos drinking 3 red bulls a day and eating burgers...
Have you considered that if a dream is inspired in your heart the means to fullfill it already exists simoutaneously, like one coin has twi sides but is just on thing, ponder that for a moment. I like what ford said on “think and grow rich” if you say you can you are right, if you say you can’t you are also right. Everything is possible if you belive it, much love.
Without a gauge on your propane tank you can pour hot water down the side of the tank. Put your hand on the tank where you poured the hot water and feel where the tank gets cold. That’s where your propane level is.
You can also heat the tank up with a torch, and based on the size of the ensuing explosion you can determine how much gas is/was left in the tank. But the water trick works too.
Hello. I'm Japanese, but I also go out into nature by car. You cook and sleep in the car, but you're more serious. I admire it. I want to see more of your videos. I'm realizing my dream.❤😊

I started doing it 6 months ago. Finally. I planned it for about a year. All I'm going to say is it's nice very flexible life style but look at some videos of how rough it can be. This channel shows the struggles sometimes in warm climates etc he doesn't sugar coat it to much but alot of channels just show the glory and not the suck. I will tell you it's not always easy just keep that in mind going into this. It's also a big life adjustment, it took me about month to really mentally adjust to small space and all responsibilities to really maintain everything... filling dumping...batteries...planning. There is alot more that goes Into van life then you actually see.
@@mikeallensonntag that’s true, I live in Ireland so the weather is never too hot or too cold and because it’s such a small country everywhere I go I’ll know someone that knows someone so I can shower and stuff. I’ll call my dad if I have trouble with the van. I’ll try it anyway but thanks for the info I know it ain’t gonna be all rosy
Get a few canisters of pepper spray. One to keep in the van, the other to carry with you at all times. And be sure to attach solar lights outside that can stay on at night, or at least the type that turn on when movement is detected. I recently saw a video of a guy camping in a truck and someone was outside knocking on his car. Totally dark, couldn’t see anything at all. Just be sure to think about security, stay safe.
It's amazing to see how different people live their lives. I LOVE traveling, but I can't imagine to be able to fit all of my life into a van and to be constantly on the go. I like stability, a place to call home. To be able to move around in said home other than a 10'x5' strip lol
I enjoyed how you made your first tomato slice with poor finger technique, then curled them in more properly (presumably remembering the hack job you did to yourself recently)! Happy to see your knife work improving!
I do long haul and ended up getting Starlink. It's not cheap for the roaming but damn, it's fast and consistent. I have not had a single issue using it and I have gone from SoCal, to Toronto and back no issues. I just put it on the roof of my truck, tucked into the visor above the windshield. It freaks out for a few about the mast not being vertical but after it figures things out it works flawlessly. I have Verizon for my phone and there are just too many dead spots, or spots that you have full bars but it is just slow. I've been using it now for 3 months and can't complain, well other than the monthly fee. They had a promotion going on up here in Canada for the unit at half price, figured can't go wrong at that price.
What exactly did you have to buy and how much is it per month? I think Starkink is probably going to be best for my plans, but I’m terrible when it comes to technology.
Very nice view. Glamp’n at its finest. I’m a 70’s baby. I was doing this with my awesome parents when it was taboo. Not sure why everyone thinks this is some new thing lol.
This video was so soothing, I watched right before bed. Great way to destress from my crazy work day chill vibes. Thanks for taking the leap and showing what else is possible out there.
First time viewer here, I always like to picture what my teammates on rocket leagues set up look like in real life depending on how sweaty their gameplay is. This is something I'd never imagine 🤣 Anytime I see my teammate having 90+ ping I'm gonna imagine them on a beautiful mountain playing from their sprinter.
As someone who has lived in the area of San Luis Obispo their whole life it is really cool to see you be there! All of the towns around here are super small and no one ever knows about them
Farmers Market is in downtown SLO tonight. It’s a good time. Lots of local restaurants set up food booths. Live music up and down the street like in Frisco. Very cool if you’re still around. Starts at 4-5pm PST till about 8-10pm

The steam deck is a good perfect viable option to live lightly on stuff like that. I know for one definitely use that for your smart tv so you can watch any films and not worry about subscriptions on that stuff anymore. It really is an amazing use.
Lovely sunny day in SLO. Downhill running is the best. Keep training, cut back on chicken parm crunches (yummy looking) and delicious meals you cook and you will make it to the finish line.
