Naomi! Birria is a Mexican dish, we sometimes call it "birriamen" combing both words and it is actually kind of heavy with the stomach (as well as the "carnitas" and the "barbacoa"). If you ever come to Mexico City I would LOVE to give your a tour all over the city and the sorroundings!

A couple years back but with chicken and herb cream soup **chef's kiss** Also, try adding extra water and the full seasoning packet instead of extra dairy to get the broth viscosity just right for your taste :) mushrooms and half boiled eggs are PERFECT toppings to make it a full meal ^^ keep eating your broccoli!💜
Melting a piece of cheese into your Shin cup when your noodles are finished cooking not only helps tone down the spice a bit, it will also make the most creamy sauce you've ever had! 😋 (also I usually poach or fry and egg on the side to add in before eating)

I was actually eating the knorr mushroom soup while watching your video and it is actually VERRY creamy and delicious you just have to put less water. It has cornstarch so I recommend you mix it with a little bit of cold water before putting it in the hot water. And mix it with a whisk.

The white stuff on the ramen lasagna was ricotta cheese. It’s kinda like cottage cheese, but not as tangy-more cheesy -but a staple in stuffed Italian American meals like stuffed shells, manicotti (my favorite), lasagna and even can be sweeted to make a dessert cannoli (so insanely good!) I live in south NJ right across from Philadelphia and we have some amazing Italian American food!
Just did the shin ramen and mushroom soup hack. I needed this in my life, it's so good. I did put some cream cheese in like Naomi and it made the ramen a little cheesey too.
Whenever I make Shin Ramen, cup or pack version, I always mix an egg into it when the noodles are cooked and reheat it to cook the egg. It's literally life-changing 😩
ive done the ramen dumpling recipe before with carbonara buldak ramen and it was very good!! its saucy and contrasts really well with the crunchy rice paper in case u wanna try that recipe again!

Scrambled egg in the microwave is delicious and fluffy I just add some butter and a touch of milk to 3 eggs whisk up and put on 1 minute and take out mix, put back in for 30 second increments and it's lovely x

When making lasagna in America a lot of people put the Spaghetti or Marinara sauce over the noodles then Ricotta Cheese then shredded mozzarella or Parmesan or what we buy is a package of Italian blend of shredded cheeses. I had never heard of Bechamel sauce so I googled it. I'm sure an Alfredo flavor sauce tasted good too. I make the creamy noodles campbells soup ramen noodles and add cooked ground beef & shredded cheddar cheese
The egg in the ramen broth is called 계란찜(Gyeran-Jjim) and is one of my favorite things to eat with Kimchi Jjigae or rice. You can make it with veggie broth too for a veggie option and add in some green onions and garlic. Sooooooo yummy!!!😊

The thing with the Campbell's soup noodles is that Campbell's soup is actually condensed soup, so it's like pudding texture and you're supposed to mix it with water to eat. I wonder if you'd like it more or less the "real" way because you liked the ratios of the other one so well.
if you want to make that steamed eggs thing with Shin Ramen you can also pour the broth+eggs into a glass bowl and place it in a bamboo steamer for a few minutes and get a better result. it won't have that weird texture - it will be very fluffy. extra points if you add a tablespoon of cream and make rose broth shin ramen steamed eggs.
we call the steamed egg from the shin ramen hack a '계란찜(Gyeran-jjim)', an actual dish in korea :) (but obviously without the shin ramen soup, just egg and some veggies)

Scramble eggs from microwave are a huge chefs shortcut in many restaurants in uk especially those one serving breakfasts. This way cooking them make them super fluffy and efficient way during busy times, you have to cook them for 30 sec, take them out, mix and again another 30 sec and repeat until they are as you want 😊 ex chef 👩🍳

Yess metal spoon kinda cancels out the work of cornstarch so it doesn't work as a good thicking agent anymore

Even though your mushroom ramen looked good, I have to say, that a selfmade mushroom soup takes 15 min max for u to cook some mushrooms in water/cream and to mix it. I will try to do so, because as you said, this has potential 😍
Scramble eggs from microwave are a huge chefs shortcut in many restaurants in uk especially those one serving breakfasts. This way cooking them make them super fluffy and efficient way during busy times, you have to cook them for 30 sec, take them out, mix and again another 30 sec and repeat until they are as you want 😊 ex chef 👩🍳
