In this video, M. R. Hari introduces a machine that has replaced the traditional water diviner. Now, it is possible not only to zero in on the exact point where underground water is available in a plot but also get an accurate idea about the quantity of water, the depth at which it is available and so on. With this information it is possible to decide whether to have an open well or a bore well in the plot, and also to direct rain water to that area for recharging the underground water table.

what is the technology behind this tool ? Is it electrical prospecting technology ? Then where you stall the electrodes on the ground ? I do not see the effectiveness of this tool unless provide full technical details ? Is there any scientific paper published about this instrumment in any journels ?

I have hired a contractor with this kind of machine last year and it spotted best water source available in my yard. മുൻപ് സ്ഥാനം നൊക്കുന്നവരെ കൊണ്ട് വന്നു രണ്ട് കിണർ കുഴിചിട്ടും നല്ല വെള്ളോം കിട്ടിയില്ല

Then explain what technology is used to do this kind of a tool. You can see it in indiamart, ranging from Rs 55k to 550k which have no much different in spec. Is this machine using radio waves or infra red or ultra sound or what. These guys are not able to explain this part. This machine looks like a toy even they cost 5.5 lakhs.
