Just got my Void Seeders and startet with Zenithal Highlighting and a Purple Ink. After that i was completely lost/overwhelmed. Tried some stuff that didn't really work, so i went looking for help.
So glad I found this video, thank you!

Hey! I thought I responded to this yesterday, but I think I forgot to hit the send button :) I'm glad you're still liking the videos!

Do you need to wash these plastic figures with soapy water before priming? I read its recommended

I think i answered your question on my other channel :) But yes, you should wash anything that didn't come attached to a sprue (like models from Games Workshop). Most models are covered in a releasing agent (a thin oil).

If I do, it'll be on my new channel: Watch It Paint It - probably this summer.

      @@HeroesBosses Great news, thanks!
Quick question: what do you think about blue and red washes for the parts that you dry-brushed in those colors? Would that look good, especially for someone with only basic painting skills or do you think that would tame down the colors too much?

I think washes would work - the color wouldn't be as intense though. You could definitely go with a contrast paint from Games Workshop for the blue & red areas - they go on like a wash, but more intense.
