    Additionally the mental aspect to get the mind right and overcome stress, anger, worry, fear, anxiety, guilt etc., etc. Mind/gut connection

    He’s right, gut health is a big issue. What helps me is Turmeric, Kettle & Fire beef bone broth. Also Saurkraut is amazing as well Aloe Vera.

    Not one mention of FIBER. Get at least 60g/day by consuming high-fiber foods such as whole grains and legumes. These foods will feed your good bacteria. Your good bacteria, in turn, will produce short-chain fatty acids (among other things) that will strengthen your bowel wall, making it thicker and healthier.

      That's a common mistake that people make. If you have SIBO (small intestine bacterial Overgrowth) you don't want to feed more your bacteria, it does only make things worse. Watch the episode with Dr Ruscio.

      fiber is way overrated and it also can be quite bad for some people, there are new studies that seem to point that it's actually not very helpful

      To everyone in the comments, no one knows enough to definitively know anything about gut health lol. The research supports everything
