@@brandonhoad9033 i tried no till. I even have single disc fertilizer opened, wavy opening discs on the seed along with the simple down pressure springs. Didn't have that good of results and the weights didn't help any to make a mark especially in sod. I had some good results discing corn ground and then planting.
I love my super sheller someone before i owned it had the fan belt on wrong and it was doing the same thing but the belt has to be crossed on the fan....not sure if thats why you're getting corn in the fan....also Im in erie county if you need help with taking some deer out id gladly come over.
The belt crossed right and was new 2 years ago. The fan seems to be working fine. I think I need to look deeper, there's probably a hole somewhere. Deer seem to be hiding. Usually see them out in the evenings but lately nothing.
We had alot of wind damage. Some of the corn blew over. Did you have alot deer damage? Bears were bad over here. I'm going to take some of mine to the coop.
Deer damage doesn't seem to be any worse than any other year. Deer seem to be hiding. Usually see them grazing in the evenings but rarely see them out this year.
I'd say your doing pretty good if you aren't noticing any butt shelling from the snapping rolls. The only time I ever had corn back up into the fan on my combine was when the berings went out on the fan.
I owned one of them 325 shellers but I wanted a picker that did the ear corn so ended up selling it but they are super rare up here but I am thinking about buying it back from the guy
Never noticed many shellers around here also. Funny you never find things when you want. I'm looking for narrow rows for parts and only find wides. Usually auctions have several and this year none have shown up.
@ yeah I live in Maine so grain farming equipment really isn’t a think up here it’s just coming up in popularity now as dairy beef and potato farming is slowly becoming a thing of the past for us
Same here, I've never had to wait online that long. Usually 15-20 minutes in and out. Here Erie is just like Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, and Harrisburg making their counties blue and we flipped it red this time helping flip Pennsylvania.
Just found your channel, I'm from Lancaster County PA, so glad to see we turned the state red this time. Love your Ford my friend
Thanks 👍👍
PA certainly did its part flipping red not only for president but also Senate. 🇺🇸🇺🇸
Looks like the sheller is doing a pretty good job. Great video!
As simple as it is it really does
WE WON!!!!!
Looking good first time I've seen one of these shellers in action looks like it is doing a good job
At least in dry and low to average yields. Hopefully some day I'll get into some real good corn to see what it does.
@@Mad_Farmer912 sounds great we will be there to watch
I also really like those hitch pins, that sheller is doing pretty good
Trump 2024
Biggest turn out for voting in my town 👍👍 looks like it worked 👌👌🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲
It definitely did
I've never seen lines here like there was. Even last time it was about 15 minutes in and out.
Planter looks like mine, even the weights bolted to the marker arms

@Mad_Farmer912 put mine on to pull it down a little quicker
Record turnout in my district and in Wisconsin stood in line an hour and a half, voter number 870
I'm 75 i have voted absentee for 15 yrs i can set by my desk and take my time. Go Trump
I'm still sceptical about the government not losing them and prefer making sure the machine reads it
I like it
Harry and balls refused to even show there face last night 😂. Hopefully now inputs go down and the returns are high 🤞
Getting back to energy independence is going to make the biggest difference.

Hope you have a good yield! I did good here in Ohio, brother.
It's not going to be that good. The question is, is it good for what I got into it?
@ right. There’s been times my profit was just enough to plant the next spring with maybe $2000 left over.
That's doing a really good job
Not real fast but I'm impressed with the job it does.

I'll have to check that. I know it is blowing but a sticky bearing may be causing enemies drag not letting it run up to capacity.

Large turnout in my township. Wisconsin flipped the election!!! Let’s hope the next 4 years are better than the last. Time will tell

I haven't seen it called yet but it looks like we flipped a Senate seat also. McCormick is ahead of Casey.
@ That would be great if you did. We couldn’t it was very close
🎉🇺🇸🦅🎇🎆 USA
So did I
Lot of Amish people from Pennsylvania vote for Trump.
I didn't think many around us would because they seem to be older order but I have seen some houses with Trump signs.
