The movie limitless 2011 on UA-cam has a scene where he suddenly can use his whole brain. He comes home and looks around and it's a bit of a mess. He says: "My first thought? Torture! But, saner heads prevail." He splits in 9, and the first one does the dishes while the second one throws kitchen clutter in the trashbag.
The next hims have another task. I see such a structure here. It IS possible. After I watched this 2 minute scene a few times, I am pumped up enough to stand up and begin for about 15 minutes.
It's my only motivation

This video has the best applicable suggestions I’ve heard together in one video. The road noise distraction was relatable!
Really appreciate your comment that sometimes you need to do the fun thing first. I used to feel guilt about that strategy although it does work. Many of these I had discovered myself over the decades of struggle with my "character flaw" before I was diagnosed.
Is it ironic that I saved this video to “watch later” days ago? Procrastination is my middle name, unfortunately.
