Thanks, my machine has been running for about 3yrs but it says Fingerprint Not Exist and I am unable to resolve this, Could you help? The finger print terminals are also asking for an activation password. Dunno what that is. Do help, thanks

I have three shifts.
1 : 7am-3pm
2: 3pm-11pm
3: 11pm-7am
First and second shift work perfectly and the program counts working time.
But third shift does not count minutes,is it problem because it ends in next day ?
