4 years old and still helpful. Thanks!
Glad it helped!
Just picked up a used kegerator and this video is perfect. Thanks.
we have the same last name! I hope this works out Norm!
I'm a beer technician in OK. The perlicks are by far the nicest but not the most widely used. We clean lines and faucets every 2 weeks in case anyone wants to keep their system sparkling.
Nice detailed demonstration.......Take care, Bluefin.
Hugely helpful - thanks so much!
Cheers Jay!
Yea very detailed! Love draft beer! Clean your spigots the right way!!
Wow, thank you! I've always been careful to clean my lines between kegs but I never realized these faucets came apart. I just ran hot water and Starsan through them fully assembled. After taking mine apart I realize now there's a lot of surfaces that were pretty nasty!
Cheers Chris!
New favorite channel! Cheers guys🍻. Now that the weather is getting warmer, (screw PA weather!)I plan on doing your NEIPA recipe for April 2019.
Thanks very informative, great video.
Brad Thurkle cheers brad!
Thanks for the easy to follow tutorial.
You're the man! Were you born in 1985? same year as me?
HOMEBREW 4 LIFE Super original username, right?
lol right on do you have IG?
HOMEBREW 4 LIFE Nope. I use twitter, though.
good man, what's your handle?
Perfect, nice video.
Pat Hillis cheers pat!
I just bought a used kegerator on CR. Previous owner let beer sit in the lines... nasty! I took the faucet apart and it appears the main gasket is missing. It seems like it would leak like crazy without that gasket. Where can I get a replacement gasket set? Or, do I have to toss the whole faucet in the trash and buy a new one?
you're my Yoda
Just got into kegging and I am using a tap that connects to the out post. What serving pressure do you guys typically use with that setup. Thanks
8psi for 3 days
To change the stem gasket do you just unscrew the end? I was given 5 faucets and wanted to rebuild them all with new gaskets but didnt want to go cranking on the stem. It looks like theres a screw driver end on mine. Thanks
Ayyy CH, are the handles a universal style? I’m asking can I swap it out with any faucet handle?
I have no clue, cheers!
Would oxi be good for cleaning beer lines too?
yes
I thought the alcohol from the beer cleaned those things. Who knew
lol
