hi , member from the carradale angling club in scotland here, will this method work in the low water conditions one would traditionally consign to night fishing or does it require a falling flood like regular daytime seatrout tactics ? very interesting method I can't wait to give it a shot !

Ho there,I have caught seatrout during the daytime in low conditions,I was getting them at the top of runs leading into pools in low water ,hope this helps

Great video - intrigued by this - i.e sea trout on euro set up - you said flashy flies but still caught brownies - can I ask what nymphs you were using please?

Thanks for the kind words ,I've no name for the pattern I have been using it this last few seasons, it is fire orange tail ,pearl body ,silver rib,cdc hackle and olive spectra dubbing 👌 I will try to make a video of it
