1 bundle of bodi
2 medium potato sliced thinly
2 plum tomatoes chopped
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 cup chopped onion
chopped hot pepper - optional
1 tbsp. veg oil or olive oil

Hi I just viewed this recipe. My mom used to make something called fry bodi she would put tomatoes and a bit of ketchup (I think) but it came out brown and with a little sauce. For the life of me I cannot replicate it. If you know what I’m talking about can you please do a fry bodi recipe? Thanks
