@@azu3417 about 3/4 through the fight. Midnight sabbath . It just takes hours to find people and then its just luck if they can do it or not and every time i make tiny progress someone leaves
@arohk4415 Ah yeah, I’m sure I’ll be stuck there for awhile too! Are you playing during prime hours? Also, if you’re party lead are you kicking problematic players (prog liars)? Or leaving groups that are wiping consistently at mechanics you already know?
@@azu3417 a little bit of everything, also there is disagreement in the bosss strategy. Some groups to hectors guide and others do some raidplan which isnt much different but causes enough confusion to wipe at EE2
@@arohk4415 I did see that there were a few different strategies for several mechanics, hopefully you can get a good group and get your clear soon! I'm sure I'll be sharing your pain soon haha.

Is this tier easy or something took xeems little to no time to clear. Anyways congrats on the clear mlige MANMODE
It's always been like this in FFXIV, savage usually is cleared in thhe same day or so by the top groups. I think even ultimates get cleared within a day or two now. Only UCOB took like a week, Uwu 3 days, I forgot TEA and I didn't play for the rest. The first few ultimates it took longer mostly because people weren't use to meticulous difficulty spikes and specific mechanics you have to do (like awakening the primals in Uwu, people realized tha days in and had to redo the entire prog)
But savage usually was cleared in a day or two

This fight in PF is so fucking miserable, everybody just straight up lying their way into kill groups.

The tier was cleared by the first three groups in under 12 hours from patch release. Not surprised at all.

Hard disagree, I think they were all good. The weakest was probably the first fight but still not bad imo.
@@EpicFobert really? I really dont want to disregard the opinion of others. But for me they all looked like SFW versions of some weird fan-mods. And the "second" phase of the last boss looks like a "cool" Teenage drawing. Its propably that I just dont like the actual FFXIV Design. I thought about that a few days ago. Every Boss or enemy that I visually like is actually from an older FF game. Is a bit weird that one of my top 3 FFs has actually design wise nothing on its own that I like.

I am truly not trying to be a jerk, but I am curious what the enjoyment is where where the first clear of the hardest boss takes 8 attempts from the world #1 team and the entire instance is cleared in ~7 hours.
Do you think the game would be better served if the difficulty was tuned much higher and final bosses took hundreds of attempts instead of less than 20?
Because raiding is fun
Because that's what Ultimates are for?
But races are fun because it's cool to see who can just get it done the fastest regardless of it being 7 hours or 72 hours lol
what you need to realize is that these are some of the best players in the world and can relatively quickly figure out strats for mechanics. especially when many mechanics can be boiled down to 'oh ive seen something similar like that before'
if you were to get a static right now and go prog these fights it would probably take you guys a hundred attempts and multiple days just to beat one of the fights
ultimates are what you are talking about when it comes to hundreds of attempts
@@red5robb1 I am a former world first raider in WoW when the game had 5 million subs. I still raid in a top 20 world guild.
I already know that these fights are relatively easy compared to final bosses in wow. I want to know if these fights being so easy is good for the game or bad for the game.
I am not asking for your opinion on if the fights are hard or not. That is already obviously apparent. They are not.
I want to know if that makes the game better or worse. I can see an argument for both.
