I found out when I was 11 thankfully my mom is in the lgbtq+ and accepting, but that’s it I told everyone later on since I was a bit scared of their reaction
Most parents don’t want their kids knowing that because at a young age, sexuality can be extremely confusing, especially because your brain is still maturing. Which is why you see a lot of parents saying “it’s just a phase” to their 5-12 yr old.
I just think that those elderly were selected to be there with an open-minded and well-educated thoughts. Therefore, they're invited and everything they said was very generous and thoughtful so they accepted us, the LGBT community. I know in the society, there're so many other people who can't accept us not only the elder. However, this video give us hope and belief in someone understands and accepts the new types of development. Thanks!

It’s unfortunate, but most parents don’t want there kids knowing about sexualities until they are like 13. It’s so weird..
I don’t think my mom wanted me to know ever
I found out when I was 11 thankfully my mom is in the lgbtq+ and accepting, but that’s it I told everyone later on since I was a bit scared of their reaction
Most parents don’t want their kids knowing that because at a young age, sexuality can be extremely confusing, especially because your brain is still maturing. Which is why you see a lot of parents saying “it’s just a phase” to their 5-12 yr old.

I just think that those elderly were selected to be there with an open-minded and well-educated thoughts. Therefore, they're invited and everything they said was very generous and thoughtful so they accepted us, the LGBT community. I know in the society, there're so many other people who can't accept us not only the elder. However, this video give us hope and belief in someone understands and accepts the new types of development. Thanks!
