Hi Rose, you don't need a surety bond to be a dispatcher

Hello to answer you question, yes every time there is a new broker the carrier will have to get a new certificate of insurance from their insurance agent

carrier packet is needed to get the carrier setup with your brokerage. If you are a trucking company dealing with a shipper directly you still will receive some type of packet to get setup

If you have your own freight brokerage you will have to create one. If you are dispatching a carrier the broker will send you one

so if you’re on the road trying to book a load but you can’t fill out the carrier package by phone, you just can’t take that load ??
You can get them to fax paperwork to a truckstop, you could hire a dispatcher or you can have a printer inside your truck
seen a guy on youtube say the adobe fill & sign app works for doing it on you phone. ever heard of that app ??
