I used your answers in my current company interview. The Operations manager and the HR were so much impressed. And I got the maximum CTC they were offering for the role. Thank you Deeksha😊
No diksha I am afraid the budget for this role is what we can offer, moreover it’s not about just money you cannot compare learning experience with money afterall 😂
Doesn't work. I had done this being polite and even after they showing an interest in me and selecting me to join on so and so date, they put my selection on hold. So the point is that they will do what they want no matter what you say.

Dear ma'am, your videos /shorts are very helpful on how to deal with interview. Please guide how to negotiate on salary expectations and how to interview on shifting from non technical background to technical background like software development when you have no experience in technical background.
Hey there Miss Diksha how've you been? Wow just phenomenal information! Miss Diksha people like you have the guts to make this world a better place, all the best good luck 🙂👍
The biggest challenge seems to be 90 days notice period which is much time keeping in view the desperation of other companys' HR who ask you to join asap. Something should be done to curtail the notice period to 30-45 days maximum so that a person can muster courage to appear for interviews and get out happily.
The proper etiquette on both sides - prospective employee and company head/HR has to be there. I worked in Edu sector in India at many places. There is exploitation, not valuing or nor following rules/ etiquette is rampant from company head/ HR during hiring, on work related issues after hiring and also during relieving/ firing. With so many people in queue for jobs, company/ HR may hardly care for a person wanting to renegotiate unless it serves their immediate interest or requirement.
If salary is an important factor, the only way to achieve it is to jump ships quicker, Worked in 11 companies in the past 10 years never had to have a discussion like this 😅. It's My way or highway

In reality companies will just try to buy you at as low as possible, depending on how your interview go, be bullish on selling you out not less than for 100% hike
