I scored 62 ovrl with not less than 59.. I am looking to apply for the Accounting in bachelor's in USA... I choose the Youngstown university of ohio.. As per my understanding the fee is 11k $.. Can you tell me if i can apply for tge bachelor's and i have not done the SAT...
