1:23 - why tempered it B4 filing the flats, cutting, etc.? plunging n plunging.
if u want to anneal the metal, normally u just heat it up, then let it
air cool.

Trying to figure out how the nail-derived cutter cuts. With the front edge? Or does it have some texture from filing?

You need to cut each tooth with a triangular file. Sounds like a bitch but it's easier than you imagine.

Could have been done without further damage to vise. It looks to have had a hard life.

It's not worth the squeeze, for the cost of a dinner you can get a set of 75 and 90 degree push pulls. Nice video
