In my opinion: Someone was stalking this family and knew they would be out of the house the night of the murder.
They entered the home while they were at the Xmas party, saw documents about the bonus around the house, and wrote the ransom note. Once the family came back and were asleep: they planted the note and took JonBenet downstairs and the murder took place.
Not sure if the plan was to kill her and an accident happened before they could kidnap her, but it definitely was not the family given the evidence.
I hope to god the police start cooperating and let this family have peace.

Patsy and John found out and devised an invader story with the bizarrely lengthy ransom note. John finished the killing by strangulating jonbenet. That is the most plausible explanation. I hope one day, Jon Bonét Ramsey's cold case will be solved while her Father is still alive. It would be such a healing moment for him and his family and friends. I remember some people used to criticize the parents and said it was because she was in all those Beauty Pageants. No, it was not because of that. It was because the person who did it, is a sick and disgusting person and whether she was in the Pageants or not was not the reason.
My brother was shot and killed in 2005 and the 2 men involved have never been found. It hurts me that they are out there somewhere having a life and they took away my brother's life. My brother fought with one of them and I wonder till this day, if they ever took any DNA from his finger nails.

Please watch the many videos that analyze the parents. The more you watch the more you question. No emotion. Just anger that they were accused. One thing that sticks out is John told an interviewer when asked why he went to the basement to search for JBR, he said because it was the most logical place to look for an intruder to enter etc. So when she was first missing why didn’t he go down there? To check? Don’t say it was because they thought she was kidnapped. You still search your entire house for clues. They set this up. Patsy was an actress. She made that over dramatic 911 call and the behaviors of the parents never added up.

This is all much deeper than just a random accidental killing by some stranger. *WHY* is John Ramsey not pushed harder on the *FACT* that multiple autopsy physicians confirmed that JonBenet had been SA'd in the weeks and months leading up to her death? John's company Access Graphics grossed over $1 billion that very year, and he was named "Entrepreneur of the Year" by the Boulder Chamber of Commerce. That is the equivalent of $2 billion today and an _immense_ amount of wealth. Simply put, this made them rich enough to join the 'big club.' The so-called _"elites"_ who hold all the power in the world.
As comedian George Carlin once said: _"They own and control the corporations. They’ve long since bought, and paid for the Senate, the Congress, the state houses, the city halls, _*_they got the judges in their back pockets_*_ and they own all the big media companies, so they control just about all of the news and information you get to hear... It's a big club, and _*_you ain’t in it!_*_ You, and I, are NOT in the big club!"_ and it's no secret that this big club is into some dark and evil sh!t, *PERIOD.* If you don't willingly participate, they will blackmail you or compromise you somehow in order to protect their cult. John and Patsy were _allowing_ other men to SA their 6 year old daughter, as part of this disturbing club, and you can bet that they helped to cover it all up. I know it is HIGHLY unlikely that we will see any justice served in this realm. However, anyone who ever took part in harming that precious innocent child, and especially whoever was responsible for her gruesome and unthinkable murder, will face the ultimate judgement in death... an eternity in the deepest layer of *HELL* of that I am sure.

You never really know with absolute certainty until it’s been undoubtedly proven but it’s hard to believe that the father or brother didn’t do it. All the evidence seems to suggest an accidental death caused by one of the family members probably while SA Jon Benet. Kidnappers don’t tend to SA and take the life of the victim they need to obtain the ransom money they are demanding. The person who did it knew exactly how much money to ask for. The ransom note reads like someone trying to play the part of a kidnapper rather than being written by an actual kidnapper. Lots of holes in the note. The father exhibits a lot of tells when asked if he did it such as closing eyes as he answers no and looking down. The mother doesn’t do this because she doesn’t didn’t do it and has no guilt in response to the question even though she participated in the cover up if true. She probably knew of the SA before the event as well. Neither ever seemed genuinely distraught about the situation and the father refers at time to his daughter as this girl which is disassociated from her. The break in also looks haphazardly created to look like a break. Serious kidnappers could have found a much better way and time to kidnap rather than this shoddy way which would have put themselves at being caught in the act. How did they know the house alarms wouldn’t go off? Why only ask for such a small amount of money? Why only misspell the word business in the note right after stating you are foreign as if the writer remembered in that moment a foreigner wouldn’t be good at English but they quickly forgot that and continued writing in perfect English and grammar? Why refer to yourself as foreign in the first place as that only helps to identify you. There’s more but just based on these things alone I think it’s safe to say this family seems to have participated in this in some way or another.

The family needs to own up to what they did. I remember this like it was yesterday. It was the first time I ever saw a magazine cover with a murdered kid on it. I was 10/11. She was found in the house. They were the only ones there. I always thought the brother did it.

There are too many coincidences in this case for it not to have been someone known to the family. Theyre trying to say it was some random perv who confessed to murder back in the 90s but i dont buy it. The super long detailed ransom note for a child who is already dead in the house makes zero sense. The note conveniently demanding the exact amount of dads bonus. The handwriting being strikingly similar to mom. The fact that they invited all their friends over prior to calling the police. Mom being in the same clothes she wore for the Christmas party the night before. Brother burke not being interviewed by the police that day at all. The very specific favorite snack of pinapple and milk being left out on the counter that just happened to be jean bonets favorite snack..almost suggesting she was lured to the kitchen with the promise of her favorite snack. Urine in the bed. All of this seemingly connected anecdotal evidence that points directly to either a family member or someone who was close enough to the family to about things like bonus amounts and favorite snacks . I just cannot accept that it was some random weirdo who saw one of her pageants at the mall. I just dont believe it.

And somehow managed to get none of his DNA on her or anywhere on the crime scene? And then he, or the family, staged the rest and somehow managed to get none of their DNA anywhere, but simultaneously got a mystery man's DNA in her underwear mixed with her own blood, as well as under her fingernails?
