@@ameliaaavery in the documentary The Case Of: Jonbenét Ramsey it was prove that a child might be able to cause the same head injury that killed Jonbenet

Warch few investigation video, i doubt that the door is not locked and intruder managed to get in before they came in. Took a long planning and ransom letter might already made before kidnapping. The intruder must be hiding in the basement and when Patsy Ramsy called 911, then decided to escape but killed Jonbenet as to avoid recognizing them.

I genuinely believe that the answer lies in that family. I don’t believe it was an intruder. The ramsey’s were so high up in the community and very intelligent people, If they wanted answers to solve their daughters murder & if they thought an outsider was involved, they wouldn’t have contaminated the crime scene, touched her body, called all their friends over, or chose to go straight to the media instead of assisting police in their investigation etc. They hadn’t even checked the entire house until later when police arrived, why would you invite more people into a home, where a murderer could still be hiding? Make it make sense.
Gaming Mcat230 I think the Mother and Father were doing stuff to her. But. But I believe the brother killed her with the flashlight. He got mad at her stealing his pineapple and whipped her across the head.
Notice @0:42 - JonBenet is right in front of Patsy and Burke is sort of 'pushed to the side' - probably the way he felt about his sister. She pushed him to the side and he did not like this.
Well someone breaking into your home and murdering your sister/ daughter might make you act a little different then most. I read several books on the case. The family had nothing to do with it, and there is DNA evidence they have and it matches none of the family.
Tried to embrace the intruder theory but ... Burke said he wasn’t afraid afterwards plus the things he said during interviews. Question why didn’t parents try to get help. Plus Burke never says his sisters name shows no sign of sadness nor that he misses her. Perhaps the parents had something to hide as well like molestation... or the garrot was Burke’s doing.. was his knife and the wood used had whittled which the housekeeper said she took that knife away caz Burke was leaving wood chips all over cleaned floors. She hid knife in cupboards and Burke might have used maglite to search for it. He would have been ten in 2 or 3 weeks. He was trained in knots as he has been on yachts. He might have lured his sis down to see the trains. Ten can do a lot but did he. I think mom would have v hard time knowing that he did garrot. So maybe he didn’t do that. The rest staged to cover something entirely different up?
That woman dye her hair. You can see her hair color was different when she was four. Patty was one of those weird stage moms willing to exploit her little daughter.
This case will always haunt me but around the holidays it hits a little harder. Every Christmas this case just upsets and infuriates me. I so wish deeply we would get answers
It is amazing how intriguing this case is. Something tells me that the parents knew exactly what happened that sad day. I doubt their innocence since day one.
@ 0:29 Observe the 1 of 3 “Slopes” of the roofs .. Someone could “Easily” jump onto “1st” roof of the “Front Door” .. then the connecting “2nd” roof above “Burke’s Bedroom” .. then “Scramble” across & “Jump Down” onto the “1st” Balcony of the 2nd floor .. Open the door into the “Play Room” .. From the “Play Room” Balcony & Windows watch almost directly into JonBenet’s “Balcony & Bedroom” .. JonBenet’s Balcony would be the 2nd from 15th Street .. Burke’s bedroom was “Separated” by the hallway .. The smaller “Guest Room” which was John Andrew’s original bedroom .. & the “Play Room” itself .. There would be no need for a ladder or tree .. just use the “Sloping Roof Tops” .. The “Playroom’s” Balcony & Windows would be perfect for “Looking Into” JonBenet’s bedroom ..
The very easy way would have been to climb up the tree in front of the house next to the “Sun Room” to the 2nd floor then onto the “Balcony” then open the door into the “Play Room.” There were “No Alarm Systems” for the 2nd floor or its “Windows & Doors” ..
Words can't explain how much my soul aches for this little angel. I feel so connected to her, since the very first day i found out about this huge tragedy. August 6th 1997 she would have been 7 years old and that was the day i was born. That's an eerie coincidence and that's one of the reasons she will always be in my heart. Btw, Burke killed her, there's no other way.
@@AApr1374Jo1881 It does qualify as enough to clear the family, as enough was found under her nails, on her pants, and in her underwear to make a complete profile. It is probably on other pieces of evidence that has yet to be released. I don't think that the Boulder PD, who tried prosecuting the family from the start even though they knew 2 weeks into the investigation that it was not the family, would clear the family without being positive it wasn't them.
I can't be the only one who finds it VERY suspect that the mom, Patsy, mentions how the doll looks like Jonbenet in a coffin shortly before her death. Is it a very creepy and eerie coincidence? Or perhaps a prelude to something much more sinister and premeditated? Guess we'll never know...
i personaly think that she and her brother got in a fight over pineapple, she ate it he got mad and hit her in the head and killed her on accident. to keep the family from looking bad, they made it look like a murder. i can prove this because the paper that the ransom note was on matched the paper of a notebook upstairs right down to the way the paper was torn out of the notebook
Exactly ! This is where the murderers found the floor plans to the Ramsey house ! The dining room table with the “Bowl of Pineapples” faces out towards the “Built-In” cabinet @ 1:00 & the alley which the Ramseys mostly used Baseline Road to enter their alley passing the dining room windows to park at the garage. It would be very interesting !
She was the cutest little girl that I ever saw in my life! Breaks my heart to know what happened to her, and that still nobody paid for this horrible crime! I'm afraid justice will never be served for this little girl. R.I.P. sweet little angel
Syaz's Productions he seems nervous it looks like he doesn’t want to talk about it not trying to defend him but maybe he felt awkward about talking about his sisters death idk
John Ramsey is not stupid. He knew he should have left her where he found her. Anyone who watches TV knows this. He corrupted the crime scene intentionally.
I wouldn't lay my dead daughter under a Christmas tree. That's very strange and scary. What she was supposed to be? Her dead body was the family's Christmas gift??? SMH.
CatTheArtist THE DNA FOUND UNDER HER FIGERNAILS PROVED IT WASNT HER BROTHER MOTHER OR FATHER WHY DOES EVERYONE THINK ITS THEM IT ANNOYS ME THEY RAN THE TESTS
because there is nothing else to prove there were somebody else too... but lets check the facts: • JonBenét's body was found the day after Christmas in the basement of the Ramseys' home • Police didn't seal off the crime scene, allowing family and friends to walk around the house after the crime was reported • why mom and dad did not check their own basement before calling the cops? • there were no signs of a break-in • Patsy claimed to have found a two-and-a-half-page handwritten ransom note, written on paper from a notebook in the family's home, demanding the bizarrely precise sum of $118,000 for her daughter's return. • That amount was almost exactly what John earned in a bonus that year.JonBenét's death was strangulation, but she was also hit on the head close to an hour before her asphyxiation, rendering her unconscious. • The strangulation allegedly occurred about an hour after the initial hit. • some abrasions on JonBenét's back do match part of a toy train found in the basement near not far from her body. • Criminologist Werner Spitz gave a somewhat disturbing demonstration to show how a metal flashlight-which was found in the home-could have been used to kill a 6-year-old child. Using wigs on fake skulls, Spitz even showed that a boy Burke's age could cause a fatal blunt force injury like the one JonBenét suffered. • DNA from two males and one female was found under JonBenét's fingernails. • JonBenét visited her pediatrician 27 times within the last three years of her life. • Burke attacked JonBenét with a golf club more than a year before she was killed. • in a video of a police interrogation of Burke, he appears cheerful and unaffected and flailed an invisible weapon around to show how she may have been killed. The program also alleged Burke had "scatological" issues, often spreading feces around the house, including in JonBenét's bedroom.
😳He discovered her in the basement (inside of a hidden space)AFTER police had searched the basement...Brought her up to the female Officer who was told to stay with them, placed JonBenet in front of her and locked eyes with her and that there was a "silent non verbal exchange" between them two that made her "count in her head how many bullets she had left" in her gun, fearing she wouldn't get out Alive... She saw something in his eyes that scared her making her fear for her life. This family knew exactly what happened to this little girl.. I'm Absolutely Convinced😡
This house would be that “Creepy” to have that type of “Secret Stairway” from the top 3rd floor to the bottom basement .. Even more during the “Prohibition Era” January 17, 1920 - December 5, 1933 in which the house was built. This would be the “Original 1920’s Era” home before the later additions. The only other stairway that could have “Existed” would have been in the front interior of the house on the 3rd floor a “Smaller Door” towards the “Right” of the alarm control panel on the same wall by the floor plans show a “Closet” .. from Burke’s bedroom “Extended” towards 15th Street just below .. has a “Closet” just “Left” of his windows .. 1st floor “Foyer” extends closer to 15th Street .. is an “Odd Shape” with a “mailbox opening” & further room .. floor plans for the basement show an extra room just below the “Foyer” .. in the basement in the “Boiler Room” a “Freezer” in a “Creepy Corner” .. “Freezer” could be seen very easy while walking out of the “Wine Room” & very easy to “Walk Past” when going into “Wine Room” .. this is how much “Extra” space there is the basement beyond bathroom from the stairs. Even more than that when adding the “Extended” front door “Foyer” area in the basement. On the outside of the Ramsey’s home with 15th Street behind .. the weird shaped “3 Triangle Shaped Roofs” .. in “Mirror Image” of inside .. from the “Foyer” the roof slopes outside .. to the “Left” with just enough room in Burke’s 2nd floor “Closet” .. which would explain the low ceiling in Burke’s bedroom & not a “Cathedral Ceiling” or “Vaulted Ceiling” .. This would make a nice “Small Attic Room” for the 3rd floor just above Burke’s bedroom .. The “Same Size” as Burke’s bedroom .. The 3rd floor bedroom had a “4th floor Attic” .. This is the way Burke’s bedroom should have looked if it had a “Cathedral Ceiling” or “Vaulted Ceiling” .. The “Entrance” would be on the 3rd floor bedroom from that “Small Door” in John & Patsy’s bedroom. Designed in the 20’s to hide “Liquor” .. 1996 a “Secret Hiding Place” for 2 murderers that were not the Ramsey’s. A “Secret Stairway”
I remember hearing about this when I was 7 and I didn’t wanna do Christmas. I just wanted to play my Gameboy in bed the whole day as I didn’t wanna get murdered. Edit: I lived and California and she got murdered and I was scared lol
I think it was her brother like maybe he accidentally did it or they had an argument plus who would hide a body in the basement unless they was in the house
Plus I remember watching the documentary on it and it said it took her a long time to die and whoever did it did some things to her before dying and was there for over an hour . If you're an intruder you're not going to stay in somebody's house for over an hour ! You would want to do your deed and get out of there as quickly as possible before being caught

Well we never caught the Zodiac killer and he was 20 back then and now he's like 72 I believe so.........
ᴊᴏᴊᴏ How do you know the Zodiac was 20.
Jeremy P it was Gary Olivia
What if jonbenet when into the storage room and was playing with the cord and she killed herself
3 Roses yeah and what if she accidentally hit herself in the head with a blunt object as well and accidentally made ransom notes
I’ve couldn’t say it better 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
The unknow DNA says otherwise it was definitely someone they knew but not the family
@@gregorioibarra839 the unknown dna was touch dna only & could have been already transferred on Jonbenet's clothing before she was attacked.
@@AApr1374Jo1881 she had it under her fingernails fighting her attacker
I agree
its her mother. She said it looks like Jon Bennett in a cofin she was planing it all along.
Gaming Mcat230 ikr
patty1977 how do u know i thought it was her mother befor they realized it was the weird neighbor
Gaming Mcat230 what
JonBenet's mom is dead tho.
Gaming Mcat230 I think the Mother and Father were doing stuff to her.
But.
But I believe the brother killed her with the flashlight. He got mad at her stealing his pineapple and whipped her across the head.
God bless her family 😞😢
Vernita Norwood it was her father
Vernita Norwood thank you dear
It was someone in her family
Sherry h
Sherry the family killed her
I can’t believe that someone could kill this pretty and little girl!😭
Rip Jonbinet.

I don’t like John Bennett brother he’s like smiling the whole time(idk if I spelt that right)

@@DDDrums lmao no he doesn’t look nervous he looks creepy. Watch that entire interview. he’s a creep
Home videos that were once precious memories now send shivers down people’s spines.😓
Notice @0:42 - JonBenet is right in front of Patsy and Burke is sort of 'pushed to the side' - probably the way he felt about his sister. She pushed him to the side and he did not like this.
26 years have passed since this incident, and tomorrow is December 22...
her brother is so weird, with weird smile. the whole family is.
Elle Jey he would have been so little then though so don’t jump to conclusions
its not a smile hes just nervous, I mean how would you feel talking about your sisters death??
Well someone breaking into your home and murdering your sister/ daughter might make you act a little different then most. I read several books on the case. The family had nothing to do with it, and there is DNA evidence they have and it matches none of the family.
@@lauracal8389 that doesn't exclude them from being involved too.
Only adds more questions.
I feel like someone in the family did it
Poor girl, rest in peace, the world is scary and full of bad people. Stay safe everyone! 💖
When I saw her playing with her stuffed animals, my heart melted. R.I.P
RIP I feel so sad I am crying
Her brother was nine. There’s no way he could have planned this out so carefully and written such an elaborate ransom note
For such a young little human she was full of joy and talent. Rest in peace sweet girl 🕊️💫
That woman dye her hair. You can see her hair color was different when she was four. Patty was one of those weird stage moms willing to exploit her little daughter.
I hope we can close this case with the murder found. It’s been 2 decades
It’s honestly so heartbreaking and so haunting that we will probably never know who truly killed that innocent little girl honestly
This case will always haunt me but around the holidays it hits a little harder. Every Christmas this case just upsets and infuriates me. I so wish deeply we would get answers
Listen everyone. Burke did not kill her. It was her dad and friends.
She has such a Christmas Spirit Be safe up there😚
Brave Wolf parents killedbher
Maddie ziegler and mack Z fan Of the parents killed her then how come they didn't say it??
Brave Wolf because they want to see if you could find out who killed her

I’m here
Xx_Foxy _cubs_xX
Yup...poor JonBenet. 😟
I’m watching in 2020 :/
2020 boys
2020 peeps
It is amazing how intriguing this case is. Something tells me that the parents knew exactly what happened that sad day. I doubt their innocence since day one.
they know because it was the father who did it
This case is the perfect example of a family that had it all and in a moment has lost it all....the little girl dodn't deserve that cruel death
this is super suspect.
J
Burke did the killing, john Dictated the instructions for the whole cover up.
The very easy way would have been to climb up the tree in front of the house next to the “Sun Room” to the 2nd floor then onto the “Balcony” then open the door into the “Play Room.”
There were “No Alarm Systems” for the 2nd floor or its “Windows & Doors” ..
Poor family I feel so bad 😔
Baby Mix the mom and dad killed her
Baby Mix yep
Baby Mix
the mom and dad did it, but I think the mom did it.
Maddie ziegler and mack Z fan I don't know it might of been the brother he was the only one there when the murder happened
Baby Mix no they did a lie detector
Well dang. Pasty basically gave the killer what their home lay out was.
ElliShushi Vlogs
Except for the basement room where she was found...it was someone who knew the house very well.
@@EYE_GOTCHA .. Exactly !
Why her dad just took her body upstairs after he found her in basement? Why not waiting for the police to do that?
Words can't explain how much my soul aches for this little angel. I feel so connected to her, since the very first day i found out about this huge tragedy. August 6th 1997 she would have been 7 years old and that was the day i was born. That's an eerie coincidence and that's one of the reasons she will always be in my heart.
Btw, Burke killed her, there's no other way.
You’re dumb if you think her brother who was a small child killed her
DNA ruled the entire family out.
@@annabelleproductionsofficial TOUCH DNA from 6 different incomplete samples hardly qualifies as a legit clearing of anyone. no semen.
Dont assume
I've watched so much about this ....
It was someone that was in that home that did it .
I know who is
I can't be the only one who finds it VERY suspect that the mom, Patsy, mentions how the doll looks like Jonbenet in a coffin shortly before her death. Is it a very creepy and eerie coincidence? Or perhaps a prelude to something much more sinister and premeditated? Guess we'll never know...
How many times have we said things but didn't mean them literally?
@@vickijohnson9704it’s just a very odd statement to make about your child.
i personaly think that she and her brother got in a fight over pineapple, she ate it he got mad and hit her in the head and killed her on accident. to keep the family from looking bad, they made it look like a murder. i can prove this because the paper that the ransom note was on matched the paper of a notebook upstairs right down to the way the paper was torn out of the notebook
I don’t think it’s her brother he was 9 so how would he be able to kill her
You ain't seen killer kids
Where one can find a full version of "A Colorado Christmas at the Ramsey's"? Thanks.
If this was any other kid they would stop after a month
She was the cutest little girl that I ever saw in my life! Breaks my heart to know what happened to her, and that still nobody paid for this horrible crime! I'm afraid justice will never be served for this little girl. R.I.P. sweet little angel
I was 7 when this happened, also 1:01 I doubt a Six year old would collect Maude Humphrey figurines.
She was 4 when the video was recorded, which makes it even more unlikely
People: OMG IT'S THE BROTHER! LOOK AT HIS SMILE!
Me,who has the same smile in public: -.-?
Syaz's Productions he seems nervous it looks like he doesn’t want to talk about it not trying to defend him but maybe he felt awkward about talking about his sisters death idk
I remember when this happened. I was 9 at the time & Very confused as to how someone could kill a child. smh .
May she Rest In Paradise. ❤
John Ramsey is not stupid. He knew he should have left her where he found her. Anyone who watches TV knows this. He corrupted the crime scene intentionally.
I hate how inside Edition makes everything sound so dramatic
It was though
A little girl was murdered that's pretty dramatic
1:30 OK HE SEEMS TO HAPPY
I think it’s him, he literally is smiling or he had something to do with this

I wouldn't lay my dead daughter under a Christmas tree. That's very strange and scary. What she was supposed to be? Her dead body was the family's Christmas gift??? SMH.
That poor baby
it's obviously the dad
Nene's Entertainment explain
Incurious AJ just search up jon Bena's dad and brother
its was the brother
galaxypets7 it was kinda in her family the DNA found under her fingernails proves it
Nene's Entertainment, that what they all say
‘The playroom’s Christmas tree is right out of a story book.’ And the Santa beside it is like something out of your worst nightmare. 😳
Now I can only hear Rocking Around the Christmas Tree in jonbenet's voice
I think the brother did it I mean look at him in the video!
CatTheArtist THE DNA FOUND UNDER HER FIGERNAILS PROVED IT WASNT HER BROTHER MOTHER OR FATHER WHY DOES EVERYONE THINK ITS THEM IT ANNOYS ME THEY RAN THE TESTS
Sorry for caps I'm just frustrated
CatTheArtist he was 9
because there is nothing else to prove there were somebody else too... but lets check the facts:
• JonBenét's body was found the day after Christmas in the basement of the Ramseys' home
• Police didn't seal off the crime scene, allowing family and friends to walk around the house after the crime was reported
• why mom and dad did not check their own basement before calling the cops?
• there were no signs of a break-in
• Patsy claimed to have found a two-and-a-half-page handwritten ransom note, written on paper from a notebook in the family's home, demanding the bizarrely precise sum of $118,000 for her daughter's return.
Sixs yrs after this video and still looking.
I am heart broken 💔 that this case has never been solved. Rest in peace beautiful Angel. 👼
The brother smile creeped me out..
Georgia Pardy right
Disgusting how the media reported about her and her life, absolutely no limits😪
0:03 AAAAAA lil angel sing my lovely songgg😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭💔
😳He discovered her in the basement (inside of a hidden space)AFTER police had searched the basement...Brought her up to the female Officer who was told to stay with them, placed JonBenet in front of her and locked eyes with her and that there was a "silent non verbal exchange" between them two that made her "count in her head how many bullets she had left" in her gun, fearing she wouldn't get out Alive... She saw something in his eyes that scared her making her fear for her life. This family knew exactly what happened to this little girl.. I'm Absolutely Convinced😡
0:28 Does anyone know the name of this song?
"Tchaikovsky - dance of the reed flutes"
Im saying it was Burke,he was probably jealous of the attention his sister was getting and wanted to be an only child
From “Google Maps” this house seems to have a “4th floor” & “Oversized Oven Flue” or something similar on top of the roof.

Their* Would*
I think it was her brother like maybe he accidentally did it or they had an argument plus who would hide a body in the basement unless they was in the house
Kinda makes you wonder since he hit her pretty hard with a golf club in the head before ....but of course who knows
Plus I remember watching the documentary on it and it said it took her a long time to die and whoever did it did some things to her before dying and was there for over an hour . If you're an intruder you're not going to stay in somebody's house for over an hour ! You would want to do your deed and get out of there as quickly as possible before being caught
