realy happy with you guys, last 7years i havent lost my fan motors which is every two years was happening before...Thank you for your service. You will have a bad comments sometimes but we know your service.WE are over happy with your service.Thank you again Oscar xx
That was an excellent demonstration video well done. I was just wondering did you have any consideration to where the wastewater was draining to when you were cleaning the filters. It looked like to me it was going down the rain drain manhole that was in the yard. Is that not a legal as more than likely those rain drains are running to a local river.
Congratulations for the video! I wonder why do not you put some chemical to facilitate the removal of fat first before shaving with the spatula ? The dirt would come no more easily with the spatula after application of the product? And then throw water over chemical to finish cleaning. Thanks,
There is a very good answer to this... Small businesses save money for growth with good help. Elbow grease can literally mean thousands of dollars... Just a thought.

Just started doing this type of work we don't use steam cleaning machine just pressure washer and the water is warm not hot I always wondered why it was so hard now I know we must use your machine. What is it called?
@@Username-cb4fg that's where you're wrong mate, most companies will take these sort of jobs on, becuase it's the operative that has to clean it, not the boss🤣🤣
i thank you very much for this amazing video, congratulations well done, would you mind to tell me the brand of the machine you are using? once again thank you for the information.
Hi man what's up I loved to see you on you tube and learn from you,i noticed you use hot steam, I want to try it,so if i may i have 2 questions for you... how much bar and temp you usually used And does a hot steam can over come on a very build up excessive grease? And do i need to up the bar/temp Thank you man
why do you not add a degreaser before you start scraping? surely this is going to take twice as long? you add degreaser first then scrape straight away then wipe over MIC DROP
Looks like a good job however, the local council will be upset, that grease going down the drains, plus how much would a job like that cost, most restaurants I doubt would be able to afford cleaning like that
Clean & Gleam have cleaned the kitchen extraction systems in our restaurants every six months for the last 3 years. They are flexible with their hours, always do an excellent job & give us the certification & photographic report we need for our landlord & insurance. Recently they've also done our deep hygiene cleaning in the kitchen & for the equipment too. We would recommend them to any restaurant & wouldn't use anyone else. Excellent service at a reasonable price. Star Buffet Group
cleaning the hood canopy, ducts, and baffles is best done once a week. there is no reason to wait and use all those chemicals washed into the environment when good old fashioned elbow grease can get the job done. i use this philosophy: “Keep it clean to keep it clean”. sounds stupid until you are simply wiping away a minor grease and carbon buildup and it lengthens the life of equipment.
Good Job man 👍👍 I know people that wouldn't even touch that fan do to the exposed motor. I must say though that's a pretty dumb design for a fan.. and you'd be better off using scrapers with blades overall Good Job man
If you had a 4000 psi pressure washer @ 4GPM you wouldn't have to scrape very much... just the areas that are really caked on with grease. If you get one make sure you get one with a Honda 390 motor. Not those shitty Vanguard or Kohler motors.

the kitchen manager should be fired for letting it get this dirty (or the owner should sell the place). looks like he never took the filters out to clean, which would have drastically cut down on the amount of grease you guys had to scrape off.
O man i see you are loosing money 💰 and I just commented in another video of your that job need to be done in 3 months not in 6 and it depends what are they cooking normal hours or 24 hours in that case every month and that fan is al ready absolute in that time 2013 you need to recommend a Direct Drive Upblast Exhaust Fan or another name for it a CENTRIFUGAL UPBLAST EXHAUST FAN that restaurant is not up to code
guys why the fuck are you scrapping ? use the right degreasers and you don't need to do this practice ! cleaning ductwork on the roof is stupid , leaving grease on the clients roof ! Attracing seagulls and vermin ? droppings ! you should not be cleaning directly into drains in the street ! will cause more damage for the neighbours drains ! don't put videos on you tube giving bad practice !

What chemical do you use? I own a hood cleaning company in the USA.
It’ll be sodium hydroxide I’d imagine. He’s charging £1500 easy for this job - very professional setup.
