I was in the 9th grade when i was introduced to actual metal. Soilwork, Arch Enemy, Darkest Hour, ill Nino. My love for this band really grew when I had to do a last minute english writing project on the undertones of a song I really liked, which was Distortion Sleep. I had listened to that song a LOT of times, and eventually borrowed the whole CD, copied it, and then eventually heard Disarmonia Mundi and the songs from Mind Tricks which REALLY had me grow fond of Strids vocals- To be honest, thats probably my favorite album hes participated in. Im so glad I got to grab a photo with the man himself at Baltimore's Ottobar. I absolutely love this band, and hope they make a return to the US soon.
