I have 25.2 pg/mL of free testosterone ... according to the lab the range is 15-50 but everything on web says it's too low...
Most people look at total my total is 625 while my free is 6.5. I was told I qualify for Test replacement. They also look at your symptoms
Damn I’m defiantly a candidate for trt. I just got my blood work done. I’m 31 and in decent shape but my overall is 450 and my free is 3.8!!!! Is that really bad for free test? I need help understanding what’s happening to me because I feel like complete garbage everyday. I can’t sleep at all it’s just insanity.
@@Bollywooddoe You should see an endocrinologist, I think your free testosterone should be 1-3 % of you total testosterone. Maybe you have high SBHG so it binds all that T. Your total is not great but according to tables I have found on web seams OK. Your last sentence says more than your blood work, your symptoms matches low T symptoms... BUT 1) maybe you are depressed due to other things going in your life and 2) be sure that you did not convince yourself that you have those symptoms because your have decided that you need TRT (yup, sounds funny but it is possible). As I said - go see a doctor, preferably someone younger who keep his knowledge up to date. Good luck man

@@heatworkmusic3192 dude. I lost 15lbs and started taking multi vitamins and went from 151 total to 352 in the matter of a month. And that was after 3 tests over 2 months prior with low tests.
@@4000marcdman how did you do that besides losing weight? I’m super skinny and In the same boat as you. Super high free test, but super low total test.
