Well we have a horse farm about a mile from the entrance. I hope we won't have much trouble selling our property. I so want to get a job there! Plus, it's going to make the economy here in Ocala even better. Thank you Mr. President for the business tax cuts. There are so many huge buildings going up all around this town. I was rather surprised to see this. So many of the beautiful Ocala horse farms were sold out for development. Driving around horse country these days most farms look in desperate need of upkeep. I guess I assumed the horse industry in Ocala was in trouble based on how ratty a good deal of the farms have been looking. This center looks great, and perhaps us proving me wrong. I was wondering, can further details like Faux-Corinthian or Faux-Composite columns be added in the future for the covered seating area, and large 3-sided rectangular fluted wall columns for the main building (where those bland columns are sticking out on the sides of the building) provided the world equestrian center is successful? Maybe the columnades different colors than the main building, maybe not (I've just seen other buildings using such, often of a darker marble color, as well for excellent effect). Maybe some intricate Faux-Arts window overhangs as well? The building is good on it's own of course, better than some metal-box being built that's for dang sure. Maybe also adding an actual second story deck on top of the Column supported overhang on the building as well (facing the sand pit of course) with Faux-arts entrances? Just wanted to voice my opinions for further improvements that might not add too much cost for a much more aesthetically pleasing, and extraordinarily high class building.
At first I thought it was cool. Now I see it's an expensive subdivision with a horse ring added. Almost nothing else in the ad speaks to why it's anything special for equestrian sports.

We are so excited to have the World Equestrian Center in Ocala/Marion County Florida. The Horse Capital Of The World!
The better one is in Ohio
This will be to Ocala, what Disney World was to Orlando.
Time will tell.
For the HITS circuit? Or do they have further intentions? totally out of the loop...just curious.

It's both! You will be able to purchase a residence on the grounds!
Yay!! Now All we need is an International airport with Commercial flights.
That can even land AF One or other B747 or a A380!
Orlando and tampa have that

That tax cut is not driving this. The companies are keeping the money, not expanding or creating jobs..fact.
And the traffic has been horrible with all this new expansion! Not looking forward to the extra traffic from this. Are we the next Orlando?
