I bought this helmet because of your review... I also bought an extra lens (yellow) for overcast and/or not skiing... I was the only "goggles" that could truly accommodate my glasses. No other goggles could fit my frames in from the side-to-side opening.
Hi thanks for the review. i am looking for an AMID VISOR, I can't decide between HD or PHOTOe SAVOR AMID VISOR HD or SAVOR VISOR PHOTO. It looks like that AMID is better, but how about the HD lens? work well in all climate conditions?
Hi, have you had the chance to wear this helmet during wet conditions, does the water/snow goes into the visor? another question is if there's any fogging issue regarding this helmet? I'd really appreciate if you could answer my questions! thanks in advance!
Hi! Unfortunately I wasnt able to test it in snowy conditions. I would think that you'd even get less water inside the visor than with regular goggles. Regarding fogging: yes this is an issue but only with FFP2 masks. No issues with a balaclava!
I know you said in your video your helmet is the s version and a bit small for you. How would I measure my head for a helmet? Is it base off of circumference or length?
Yes with the OTG I've worn the visor down. My glasses are smaller frame style, so I found with the OTG clips there was a little airflow (not insane, but noticeable at a couple of points)... I switched to the Vision clips and can still put the visor down over my glasses. Going to test that out to see if it prevents the airflow underneath.
I have this helmet. I wear glasses but don't need the otg fitting as my average sized glasses fit under the visor very well without it.

Fantastic review! Thank you! I just bought one because of this video!
Aweseom hope you like it too!
@@swissoutdoorgeeksI like it, but there is some wind noise when skiing at speed.
Would this work with my glasses?

@@swissoutdoorgeeks thanks for the info, really appreciate it!
no fogging issue with my one piece visor helmet (not same model in this video)
Did the otg plates come with your helmet or you had to get them separately?
The OTG plates come included with the helmet :)
Thank you!

First option
Guys this is a stupid question but I will ask. Is it strange to have a helmet with visor because almost no one has and yeah (I have one)😅
Not strange at all, its just that not many helmet have it ;)
I bought one after seeing this video and I love it, but there is some wind noise.
Can you wear eyeglasses when the visor is down?
There is an over the glasses adaptor but I personally have no experiences wearing glasses underneath (got contacts)

is the visor removable?
Yes!
Beware, the liner is not removable if you need to wash it.
Disappointing for the price point.
