Using your 264.94 I added back some I think I can live without on your list of payments and total came out to $637.80. If I had that total left over girl!!! I feel like I’m living lavish lol. Love your contents keep striving keep winning.

The Apple Store probably didn’t process the gift card correctly. I think you have to process it like a credit card on the machine.

Maybe so 🤷🏽‍♀️ the guy at the store tried it twice and it still didn't work.

*Change your mindset. Take money from your house saving account and pay the lasik and credit card. By simply paying off the credit card, look at it as your money earning you 14.49 interest. I highly doubt your house saving account is earning you that. Sure you'll feel like your failing but in reality your money is earning you more interest. Good luck.*

I see what you're saying. I haven't done that because like you said, I think I would feel like I'm failing yet again. But you definitely have a point. Maybe in March i'll see how much I have left on the credit card. If it looks like I won't pay it off in time, then I'll think about moving money from my savings to pay it off. Thanks for this comment, I really appreciate it. You gave me something to think about!

Also, I'm currently earning about $68 a month in my high yield savings account.

@@lifeandnumbers *Your comment was great feedback. Personal finance is personal but I'm glad my point came across which was really my main point. The fact that I was able make you think different made my day. You made my day.*

@@lifeandnumbers *I calculated the interest on your 6,088 balance on the credit card and this month alone your total interest is going to be 72.51. Have a great day and keep your channel going.*

I was kinda surprised she had 18k in housing fund, yet carrying a balance. I would assume you have 6months emergency. Knock this credit card balance off and put
The same drive into building up your housing fund. If you planning to buy a house in a yr or so, you got a lot time to build up your savings again. Value you get on holding that balance is negligible.
