@@ShoXwavee Every mission in gen 3 had decent music in it, didn't matter if you were soloing ACs or putting down an employee strike, you were vibing to the music
Rough and Decent is so subtle yet so intense in it's own way, i feel people tend to downplay subtlety and alternative sounds because they're not as "in your face" as other tracks, but when you appreciate it's creativeness you feel the sting of every note.
Contact with you is easily top 10 fromsoft songs for me. I love that it's not about us and balteus, but us and ayre, seeing how we hear it later if we choose to side with her

My top 10 Fromsoftware songs: 1. Ludwig holy blade (I’m not as crazy for bloodborne as some, but this song is crazy) 2. Remember 3. Plin Plin Plon 4. *THAT* kings feild song (if you know you know which) 5. The song of Frenzy Flame/ER’s Title Music 6. Aldia’s Theme 7. Rusted Pride 8. Geal’s theme 9. The lower levels of King’s field 1 (a style of music you wouldn’t expect from modern fromsoft that’s still a bop, imo. More something atlas of smt fame would do) 10. Sekiro’s main battle music. All of these elevate the battles they may-be in with neither these being counted as bad nor being the only good ones. With them ranked on how well they are by themselves, imo.
You know what goes harder than Rusted Pride? Steel Haze(Where Truths Meet) on the AC6 disk 03. On god you'll be banging that tune out all the time when you hear it.
May I direct you all to Cthuluseeker, an artist that does Synthwave versions of Fromsoft soundtracks. And their Armored Core soundtracks are absolute fire.
You've just blown up a nuclear reactor, the galaxy police have sent a biblically accurate mech to kill you for it and your schizo-hallucination waifu has just awoken. Yeah, Contact With You can't be beat.
Honestly, I miss a lot of the vibes from old gen AC music too, AC6’s music is great but a lot of the old school stuff is just as good if not better than most of the soundtrack
As a fan of old-school Armored Core, I was pleasantly surprised by this. It's different from the original style, but still excellent. That said... *_Frighteners from AC2._*
The garage music is nice and chill. Makes me feel comfy while I'm making my AC And don't pretend there aren't 3 garage themes (especially Hearing Things)
As an old AC fan, I was actually kinda let down by the OST for AC6, finished ng++, and still nothing stuck with me like the old games, that's just me though.
Rusted Pride, The Man who Passed the Torche and Cries of Coral
All of them belong to the Olympus of OST
I like your taste buddy
Rusted Pride(Where Truths Meet) is probably the most hype ost that I have heard in years…and it wasn’t even in the game
Aren’t it in the second ending (Liberator of Rubicon)?
@@austinwilson7373 It plays during the final duel with Rusty in the Fires of Rubicon ending.

My personal favorite is steel haze (rusted pride)
Oh yeah that one is great
I wanted to add it to the video
I really should listen to more of the soundtrack
STOP IM IN TEARS I CANT AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Rough and Decnt (Bad joke)
Rusted Pride and Contact with you are my tied favourites.
Honestly, Im a bit disappointed that ac6 didn't include more old gen music, but can't go wrong with the Balteus theme
True, there's only like 4 good songs, the rest are pretty generic

On a side note, check out AC4 - for answer's 'remember' theme if you haven't already. It is a certified banger!
My favorite videogame ost ever will always be Mechanized Memories from ACVD. It's just so peak.
Stargazer is such a banger, it's as if FreQuency was still a thing and I love it

I can't wait when we can mod in older AC music.
Contact with you music is heaven for me
Apply this with "takes me anywhere" from Disk 3
Nobody's gonna mention "Shining" from Armored Core: Nexus?
Unbreakable from Armored Core 6 is such a badass music, but not gonna lie Contact with you was also great.
Watchpoint Alpha stuck with me just because of how profoundly eerie it is
Contact withnyou certainly hits different, doesn't it.
Unbreakable is such a boss track
Yeah probably the best and most underrated
