I've found that playing my ukulele helps to clear my head and ground me to the present. Love the idea of setting aside time to play with that intention. Thank you for sharing!
This is so beautifully simple yet so profound. I'm very recently accessing areas of my creative potential that I spent far too long blocking my own access to due to perfectionism and insecurity. I've recently been learning the lessons of music being practiced not to impress anyone and to just flow with it. and Hearing you repeat a lot of the lessons I've been processing has helped me INTEGRATE the lesson finally. I appreciate your spirit so much, this is the exact kind of content and teaching that I needed at this point in my life. Many many thanks.
This blew me away. I’ve never listened with such presence and breath to the sound and feel of the ukulele. Much appreciation for this beautiful gift you shared with us. 🕉️☮️🎶
Thank you for this wonderful video. I tried the meditation myself and found it to be really helpful...I plan to practice this for a few minutes every day!
I found your videos by looking up Beatles songs to play as a beginner ukulele player. I've also been meditating for years so was pleasantly surprised when I found this particular video on your channel! I went to the music store one day looking for an instrument to learn. I had the violin at the top of my mind. While I was waiting for the store staff to find and prepare a violin for me to try, I picked up a ukulele that was on the wall randomly and started strumming it. I was instantly in love. It was soothing like a harp, easy on the fingers... it felt like I couldn't play a wrong note and it just flowed. I ended up buying that Leho on the spot 😂
Thank you, Stu. The outdoor sound may appeal to many. However, I have hearing issues and it makes hearing you clearly challenging for me. Thanks for all you do!
I wish I could go to the retreat! But the dates are the same as a drumming retreat out here on BC's Sunshine Coast AND the wedding of two dear friends! Ah, maybe next time . . . .
Thank you Stu. Love this. I recently met Brian (the guy who made the uke you are playing!) and we may make a ukulele together. If you come to Bellingham again I'd love to meet you. -Bo

Yes, I understand… I film this with a different camera, and there was no windscreen which lead to some audio drops! Stay tuned for more 😊
