They make good software - VideoPro in 1V. "Under the sun | Xperia 1V". The fact that mkbhd cannot handle more than 2 buttons does not mean that the software is bad.
@@MithunOnTheNet Its not my problem. I need pro features. You will never achive in auto mode quality of manual video serttings. In video if you want make some "cinematic" (I dont like this word) moves you need extra features like exposure lock, af lock, HDR correction. I cannot make some things in 1VI that are possible on 1V because Sony make "iPhone-like" smartphone, that is easy. You know why airplanes have such big number of buttons and switches? If you think that everything in Video is possible in Auto mode... that will never happend. PS. In VideoPro (that is sooo difficult) when I want lock Focus I need one tap, in 1VI two. I write about Video not Photos.
@@lucasn82_ but they have the Xperia pro! So 😮💨😮💨 I hate to learn how to do a picture on my phone 🤳 and then i will take pictures once in a year 😜 Is my only issue with Sony 😶
Amazing, this is amazing tech! Good to see it's use in the Xperia 1 V & VI - hopefully adopted across the industry. With news of iPhone adopting Samsung sensors in the future, it's stiff competition for Sony. However, I believe they will keep innovating like this and stay ahead of the curve! Would be cool to see more crazy innovations from smartphone sensors - the Xperia lineup is such an amazing playground. Sony could experiment with different tech in these and showcase what their sensors can do. In a world where Qualcomm is making demo phones, Sony already have their own. Look forward to seeing what the next Xperia (or potential rebranded) Pro is capable of! :)
I think this sensor is meant for other brands. Sony have great hardware for Xperia but their software, computational and AI can’t compete with Apple or Samsung. Sony needs to catch up their image processing game faster.
And you are using regular 1/3.5 inch sensor on telephoto camera of 1 mark 6 covering 3 to 7 x good to have feature but if you sacrifice sensor size is loses quality too much every other brand now using bigger sensor for telephoto and reduces focal length to numbers that has more usage like 70mm ,90mm (s24 ultra uses 5x instead of 10x on s23 or huawei pura 70 ultra uses 90mm but it has very good quality even long zoom range and has very good dxomark telephoto score ) . Just make common case much better Which is 1x to 4-5x range personally . I think continuous periscope camera limits sensor size and reduces light income . You don’t even need make sensor size as big as competitors ,you have 2 layer tech .I want to see this tech. On every camera of 1 mark 7 ultra wide , wide , telephoto and maybe you can lower aperture of main camera from 1.9 to 1.6 or 1.4 and make it variable
Well SONY, until now your stacked sensors have less dynamic range than BSI-CMOS sensors ! Forget about "cameras" in phones, to small and too bad, I need a REAL CAMERA !!!
Now, make sure you use it for your own phone and make a good software for 😅

@@lucasn82_ It doesn't matter. 99% of smartphone buyers shoot in Auto mode.

WOW 👑 SONY GOD FOREVER 🥇✌️👑
What's the difference between this sensor and the Exmor T already used in Sony Xperia V and VI ?
Nothing. This is the sensor used in the main lens. But we want it in the other 2 cameras too. 1 mark VII or bust.

Still not 100% confirmed
iPhone 16 pro will get imx 803 and pro max will get imx 903. So apple doesn’t go for Samsung yet

I think xperia is just a "demo" product for their actual hardware sales. 😂
