Americans watching UK chants is like when a child joins the adults table for the first time and is shocked that his dad swears 😂😂😂.
😂😂😂
Fact
🤣🤣🤣🤣 True
🤣
It's like aw baby fuck off
🤣🤣🤣 I’ve watched so many reactions where Americans are just so sensitive to our chants.
"Are there any kids there?"
She has no clue and they're both almost offended by things we over here just see as jokes.
It's normal to call your friend a nonce over here 😂
Totally normal over here
If I don't use cunt and twat when trying to get me mates attention (and vice versa), then that person is not a friend of mine.
Use those words in North America, and everyone loses their damn snowflake minds. "He used the C WORD" 😂😂😂
America is still a kid in terms of being a nation. Cant fault a kid for being sensitive xD
No way he said the fight and win was a good chant 😭😭😭😭
He also called the people that went to the match, the audience....Oh dear
🤦♂️
Americans really are delicate little sanitised flowers aren't they 😂
xD
Americans: Shoots up a school
English football fans: having a dig on a football player
Americans: that’s rude!
You've got to tell me which school shooter found fitba' chants rude?
Lmao yep, that's sadly it a lotta the time.
How can you as the Americans not tell who’s got an American accent. You can tell just from the chant alone tbh
Right Lol Even how offended they got with the UK chants was weird to me 😂😂
Cuz people from different states have a different accent
@@federalbureauofinvestigati2759 You all sound the same bro you dont have different accents like the UK
@@Yung_Mango ermm no there are different accents In the UK lol
@@tr-iu1nq that’s literally what he just said
The chants just start and people join in. No books, no pieces of paper. Just passion.
Football is a religion outside of the US. So when a player leaves a club, they usually create chants to mock them (eg.Adebayor). There's also a lot of rivalries so there's a lot of banter chants. This is what makes English Chants a lot better than The US chants
That's why I Don't understand why he reacts to these types of videos, because their are reasons behind the UK chants, and as he is very new to the sport, unless he looks up the reason for the chants, then he's going to be confused
💯💯the major uniting factor in the world
The Adebayor one was really offensive and uncalled for.
@@Cacao613 your birth was uncalled for
@@Cacao613 he moved from arsenal to spurs, it was called for. And of course it was offensive that was the point.
As a woman from the uk we don’t really care we join in most of the time 😂😂
Cor you're a bit sensitive those chants were mild compared to some.😆
Exactly if they looked at the Chelsea Ranger chant lyrics they would cry
With our chants, someone starts singing, then the rest pick up on it 🙂
Init
don't need need a microphone and direction. Love how he, doesn't condone these, he is just as cringe.
@@JohnSmith-rw2yn Some places need direction, like palace
The chant about ”are you a man or a woman”, i think it is about a player called Andy Carroll, and the opponent’s fans they basically make fun of him because he has a ponytail
This is a welcome to England. This is our sense of humour. It means that you've been accepted by us and not to take yourselves seriously.
Nah i almost cried when they said "fight and win" and "i believe that we will win" are good chants
American chants are soo wholesome 😂 as a British person I can confirm that these are light chants from the footie fans! They are absolutely savage over here! 😂😂
I’m very surprised how American football stadiums fit 100k people, they look way smaller than camp nou, bernabeu and old Trafford.
A stadium in Pyongyang Korea has the biggest capacity... Then the next 9-10 are US college stadiums, surprised me a bit as well.
@@bexandshell yeah but still doesn't look bigger than the camp nou
@@McFlashh I agree bud, there's more than a few other stadiums, old Trafford, Celtic Park, Dortmund, Bayern..boca, river plate..... etc... Think its the way they are built, most of them are relatively new, especially compared to football stadiums, most of the big old stadiums are a 100+ years old.
That's because only 1500 Americans fit into a stadium. That's obesity for you.
@@bexandshell technically it's second now since the motera stadium was built in India
Off topic I know
Two shocks for me in this reaction, 1. You thought there was a chance that the chant where they are waving all the USA 🇺🇸 could be the English... 🤦♂️2. You actually thought the "fight and win" chant was good!?!?!
Look at funniest English football chants this is polite 🤣
For english chants:
There are recognised tunes and new lyrics are made up to fit the moment. One person makes it up then people pick it up quickly because they know the tune. So some of these chants could have only been made that game, but everyone in the stands will be singing
These were not even close to being the most offensive chants. Yes kids are present. We haven't forgotten how to have a laugh in Europe yet
Totally lost on these two.
Trying to be too cool and being sensitive isn't what we're about. It's all banter. Thick skin. We all laugh at each other. We applaud people when they're a good sport and can take a joke. It's all laughs. It's all love.
Yes these English chants are normal😂
John Terry chant was the Champions league final against Man United when he slipped and missed the Penalty... Nolan and his chicken, Kevin Nolan always celebrated with a chicken dance every time he scored... Carroll, is Andy Carroll he had long hair and looked like a woman with a Pony tail.
English having a bit of banter
Americans: omggg thats sooooooo ruthless and offensive!!!
😂
Don't worry guys, this is completely normal behaviour at UK football matches.
The first 7-8clips were all yanks. This guy reacting must have lived a sheltered life.
Pretty sure the ‘you aren’t singing over there’ is British
@@digitaal_boog That’s American
@@minecraftvillager8176 could have sworn I’d heard it in the UK. Maybe it’s a shared chant
@@digitaal_boog They sing “You’re not singing anymore” or “It’s all gone quiet over there”. Quite similar
Listen, these aren't NBA franchises where you can move a club one day state to state. Some of them have 100+Yes history (most in the Premier League and Serie A) 120+ so families all their life supported one. They went to each game (some home and away) so of course they are knit together and chant/sing together.
My team (Sunderland AFC) is 150 years old in under 5 years time. And there's a couple of clubs a few years older.
"We're Arabs", then proceeds to tell the lassie to be quiet after he was too ignorant to read the 3rd line of a 4 line chant about 'his boy' Van Persie.
You couldn't make it up.
Yanks don’t stand a chance lol
They take football really serious in England!!!!!
This is exactly why the UK can take absolutely everything thrown at it and no other nations on earth can do so. . Everyone is offended all the time these days . In the UK we just say, "yeah ok" and carry on
I live in London and I'm Portuguese so football is a big thing! But I'm still getting used to English chants they have no filter and are sometimes borderline rude. BUT there's usually meaning to it and they are not actually being rude LOL it's all bants.
Where you hiding maddie? Where you hiding maddie?
these chants are tame compared to the more brutal ones that what makes us english passionate
The bird asking if there's kids there, hen it's the kids who start some of these chants off that's what makes it so funny
I love how they actually get angry 😂😂😂
The fight and win guy is a bellend. He'd be laughed out of the stadium in England.
My dad and all the blokes always said when we were kids I could swear at the football but not in the house😁
Haha that’s a cool dad right there! 🫡
I took my 11 year old lad to Arsenal vs Spurs - he already knew all the chants before we got there. The deal: 'Get stuck in - Just don't tell your mum'. 🙂
The 'kiddy family' chant is because the other team's name is Kidderminster FC
There are some recognised chants but many are simply made up at the games then taken on by the crowd. I think you may be too sensitive. The funny alongside the ruder and ‘offensive’ chants are a perfect reflection of British sense of humour. At football we often say what needs to be said in a way that the media fail to do.
If you shut up and listen you'll keep it all in context. Comment at the end!
The chant about the Korean player named Park Ji-Sung is more focused at Liverpool than the player because Park Ji-Sung played for Manchester United and is loved by the United fans. A lot of the Manchester United chants have a verse or a few about the rivals but almost every player has a chat that is meant as sign of respect to players that the fans love but there is a few chants that can be bad but are only used for players who betrayed the club and fans.
I'm pretty sure park said he liked the chant as well
Not anymore and we have stopped singing it
@@davidfuters7152 it was an funny chant that one…😂 YNWA
Fans off opposite teams can’t sit in the same section
Yeah our clubs dont just move around over here so local rivalry is a real thing, hence the chants you thought were a bit over the line (park and adebayor).
It's extra funny if you know that "the kiddy family" chant is mocking the home team "Kidderminster Harriers FC"
basically there are a lot of tunes and formulas that getused all the time and everybody knows, so when someone starts a chant, they use those formulas and tunes but with new content and everybody can tell how the chant will go so can join in easily.
We make up new chants like this every game. Somebody starts singing and people pick up on the lyrics. It's brilliant
This kind of chanting happens at ‘every’ game without doubt!!
Good God watching this was painful mainly due to you not shutting up during it.
Yes the kids do join in because of the passion of the football we love over here so much
And kids swear from the age of 8 here too
7:03 These are Arsenal fans about Robin V Persie leaving for Man United
Try to react to Leeds United fans chant
When it comes to football chants anything goes except racism basically. The players are used to receiving abuse and the fans will sing chants usually targeting certain players or the opposition fans who will then chant something back which is usually just as offensive. When you watch it on TV sometimes you’ll hear the chants which adds to the entertainment
The players arent used to receiving abuse and are like waaaaa mean man said this on twitter
Kids join in too. My dad had a rule when we go football I can swear and join in the singing. But no swearing normally. Football isn’t a sport here it’s a way of life. ⚒️
These are normal English football chants. They beat the poncy US songs. No political correctness in the UK mate! 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
Nah we don't ruin the experience for 20 000 fans to cater to 5 parents who are overprotective of their kids :P keep that in the states please.
Park is from South Korea and is a cult legend at Man United and has openly said how much he loves the chant about eating dogs. Just to let you know! Epically different cultures when it comes to this sport clearly! 😂😂
british people make the chants on the spot mate.
You claim you know footballers yet you have no clue what chants are about 😂
The line iam not going to condone this , and these are the entry level chants. lets say you will be little bit more shocked when some of the biggest rivalrys and hatred comes in to play in the big games.
The amount of reactions I’ve watched. America it’s a event in the uk it’s life. Atmosphere in the uk is unreal
Overly sensitive Americans, British humour is about insulting each other lol we’re still a pretty tough people, we love hurling abuse at our own, letting off steam
“Are there kids over here?” Why are Americans so sentitive about these chants, when School mass shootings are normal over there?
Funniest part of the Adebayor chant was that he was being stretchered off by paramedics while they sang at him
just so you know at any football game held in England the fans of the two separate teams sit apart. one team at one side and one at the other. plus we normally are drunk and most chants are nothing to do with the game. also most chants are started like 10 minutes before everyone joins in, it starts with a small group and either catchy lyrics or a rhythm and it snowballs.
Theres no such thing as a practiced chant in England lol, and yes this stuff is regular, also how can u not tell between the accents
One golden rule with our English football what happens at football stays at football the Harry Potter chant was aimed at shelvey the bald football player he looks like Voldemort with a nose 😂😂 USA chants are boring ours are more creative and funny 😄
Americans really are precious little darlings aren't they 🤣
Americans be like “ohh that chants so rude” yet don’t even have health care for all 🙃
Cant you tell the difference in accents 😂
These chants goes on before the matches, during the matches and after the matches are finished-
No poltical correctness here, no fucks given!
Theres context to every chant and everything is light hearted and taken as banter. Might sound brutal to the outside world but to us this is everyday life. Btw this is mild compared to whats out there.
They don't understand banter.
React to Ruben Dias
The world will never be the same after these new sensitive generations 😭
How could you not realise the first part of video was American chants lol Smh
The guy you said is scary and makes a scary chant in Seattle is a joke in the uk we laugh at how bad it is 🤣
Actually it’s true
We sing our own songs at our own club when playing football every weekend or weekday when they play and we get very passionate about our club
Come now, they're just songs.
These chants are tame haha 😂
Andy Carroll has long hair so they asking if he’s a man or woman, 🤣
Is it me or do americans not get british comedy? They always take it too seriously
No Adam Johnson?
The Harry Potter one is where the bald guy is meant to be Voldemort 😂
These are quite tame for English football. No filters,no holds barred banter.
Don't confuse size of crowd with passion. I've seen the 100,000 American stadia and they're not aas loud. Loudest I've seen was 27000 in the Brittania Stadium on Stoke.
You say can he do it in the clutch. We say,can he do it on a cold Tuesday night at Stoke.
In football home advantage is very real intimidation of the away team. Nearest to it probably the Seattle Seahawks crowd, though they lack creativity, having only set PA led chants (defense!,defense! for heaven's sake). Most English chants are self stared by the fans and often made up on the spot.
These two have no sense of humour, they get on like two old ladies 😂😂😂
Ok, your stadium is bigger, but with "atmosphere of product placement". 8:48 How he feels about this? It was final match, and they sang it BEFORE this match. He won a cup.
The kiddy family chant is to do with a team called kiddyminster who at the time was trying to make the game family friendly....I would Reckon that the English fans would eat American fans alive.... especially if you are sensitive.....
The rude chant about Adebayor was because he committed the cardinal sin of leaving Tottenham for your Uncle's Team:Arsenal. That last clip was the Arsenal PLAYERS on a Victory Parade and your Uncle would have been referring to Tottenham who are Atch Rivals of Arsenal.
The Dogs in your own Country chant was to one of their OWN players after he scored a last-minute winning goal for Manchester United v Liverpool.
You MUST pause when you talk as you are missing half of the jokes, my friend :)
Lol. It's the other way around. He left Arse*** and later played for Tottenham.
It's 3.16am in London Town, Paul and I'm inconsolable at the moment. My disappointment in myself is immeasurable and no words can adequately express my remorse regarding my inexcusable faux pas. I am mortified that I got to make such a Schoolboy error and I only try to crave your forgiveness for my brief moment of total complete and utter insanity in making this mistake. I have no excuses and I can only apologize, profusely, for my stupidity, once again. You are a good man for pointing this out to me....
You don’t get what we thinks a laugh it’s all jokes and one person starts chanting and everyone joins in, some are made on the spot
When a player gets injured we sing ' dig a hole and f@%King Bury him'
I love these videos where the Americans they think they have the best sports, fans and food and get destroyed. America is so so corporate and boring !
These are definitely some regular chants. Nothing too bad here. I just think you guys need to stick to your own humor. This stuff might be too much for you 😂
Aye you guys were lit this weekend
They are tame chants Americans are to delicate for the real deal😂
Bit dumb of you to put yourselves right in front of the subtitles.
I didn't watch anymore.
Sort it out guys.
Good old English chants 👌🏼 if only they knew that pretty much every game has chants like this, they should just react to just English chants
naaah whoever chose this clip didn't know what he or she was doing. We europeans blow you away Especially the english. our kids chant harder c'mon now.
To be honest I think the English ones were cringy to. Yeah this definitely wasn’t biased towards England are u mad 😂
Omg I can’t believe how sensitive Americans are I feel like I’m living in Demolition Man kids today don’t get our banter 🤦🏻♀️ omg and they say about smoking wow I grew up pubs full of smoke and us kids drinking shandy!! How in a land with guns our chants make them shocked??? Crazy mixed up world!!!
That Park, Park where ever you may be, you may eat dogs in your own country, but it could be worse you could be Scouse eating rats in a council house, chant is sung by Manchester United fans to their player Ji Son Park, who came from South Korea.
When in an interview he was asked about his chant and he said that he loved it.
Literally every one you thought/claimed to be English weren't!!
