@TheHourPaq Support for what exactly and what does a sanctimonious facile gesture by over privileged millionaires actually do other than make people see how top-down projected political correctness really is?
BLM are fraudulent organisation who instigated riots that cost lives, businesses and billions of dollars in damage because of the false narrative portrayed by corporate propaganda media and politicians for their own gain over a career criminal and drug addict who undoubtedly died of an overdose.
All this has proved to be fact.
And all this in a foreign land yet our footballers are taking the knee one year after it was dropped in the US - the US soccer leagues don't even take the knee!
As for fighting the oppression of LGBT, surely that is a joke?
They are the most privileged and celebrated group in modern history. You can't look anywhere without seeing the rainbow they co-opted for their radical left wing political movement. disguised as social justice.
Every major corporation supports them, every politician, all the media, their flag flies over government buildings, the police drive rainbow cars for Gods sake.
They get a whole month dedicated to their whimsy and their endless deviant parading is paid for by the taxpayer as well as the policing while people protesting being locked in their homes were beaten by the same police.
Fallen young people who fought for freedom get one day a year, how many other LGBT days are there as well as the "pride" month?
      Oppressed, what a joke.
If you 3want to know what oppression really looks like then try opposing this subversive bullshit, you will soon see where the real oppression is.

@TheHourPaq Yes and that is why there was a genuine movement which certainly was not supported by the media or establishment in the 70's
The issue is that the last real discrimination was no gay marriage, once that was done equality and acceptance was achieved. Everything that has happened since then has been political and social subversion bought and paid for by the elite to undermine cohesive Western society.
4th wave Feminism and intersectionality is exactly the same, it has nothing to do with equality which was achieved long ago, in fact women have it better than many in every important life metric that policy can be made for.
All the BLM stuff is media driven and largely top down funded and does nothing for black people except those at the top it enriched through fraud.

The main thing to remember with British Football is there is no such thing as a 'safe space' on the terraces. Most of the tunes used are ones we all know from school or silly songs and the lyrics usually start with a small group of fans and then as the other fans take it up and we're all bellowing it. They are rarely preplanned, even the groups who start them don't intend it, one of your mates sings a ditty about the team you are playing on the footy special bus/train (there is often beer involved) and other hear it and take it up and they spread from there. Generally over here if its aimed at the team you are playing the nastier the better is the attitude, so long as it might piss off a rival team, one of their players their fans you'll find it being sung. (There are a lot worse that you won't see on you-tube from lower league rivalries. ) BTW the Americans singing 'the referees a wanker' is a classic we might use the same words but we don't speak same language moment, as that ditty should be aimed at the ref during or after the game when he can hear it about his decisions during the match, a good example of the referee being a wanker is Anth*ny Tayl*r the other Sunday at Anfield.... /begin rant!

Park Ji-Sung played for Manchester Utd for a few years up to 2012. He’s Korean, hence the reference to eating dogs. Manchester Utd has a bitter rivalry with Liverpool FC. Liverpudlians are known as Scousers, from a type of stew created by Norwegian sailors frequenting Liverpool’s port years ago. Living in a council house (the projects) and eating rats is, frankly, a racial stereotype that doesn’t exist in Liverpool. There’s nothing wrong with living in a council house - you’re lucky to get a whole house - and Manchester and Salford, where Man Utd has its ground, have lots of council houses.

You asked about people knowing the songs. We don’t necessarily, some like the Let’s pretend to score a goal and We lose every week are fairly common we used to sing that at school matches cause my schools teams never won anything.
The rest though some clubs have their own chants like the Park, Park wherever you may be one is Manchester United about one of their own players. It’s set to the same tune as the F off Chelsea one based on a common hymn called Lord of the Dance. Most of us learn the hymns at school in assembly so we already know the tunes and number of repetitions we just need to hear the words a couple of times.
The more personal ones are sometimes thought up in the pub before the match about things that have recently happened. Like the racist centre half John Terry one about a court case, there’s a famous Adam Johnson one after his court case (if you can’t read these don’t do that one on UA-cam).

    • @alcockell
      @alcockell Рік тому

They're also based on very common melodies. Let's pretend to score a goal. Is the course of guide me about Greg Jehovah? We lose every week. Not sure where that melody comes from park park wherever you may be. That's lord of the dance. It's basically school hymns for the melodies being reused as chant music

In the older days some of the chants were both hilarious and aggressive. A foreign player who was done for drink driving was welcomed with...he's fat, he's round his car is in the pound.... another who was gay, or suspected of being gay had this little ditty...
His back is bent his arse is up for rent. Away supporters were greeted with "you're going home in a London ambulance" if you went to a country club we would change it to go you're going home in a combine harvester".

Ashley is Ashley Cole the ex arsenal & chelsea defender (not a girl) and the song is to do with a party, a hooker, his arse and a mobile phone. You can probably work out the finer details.
The Harry Potter chant was to do with the player warming up. He's got a shaved head and looks like Voldermort, hence the "Harry Potter he's coming for you" But unfortunately the lyrics on the screen were covering the player so you couldn't see his bald head.
The sound was really bad so it was hard to hear what was being sung.

In a British football match if the opposing teams fans said "this is X you better shut your mouth" there would be an all out riot and those trying to chant this would be - err - not in a very good position... If they survived they'd nit do it again... In most football matches the fans are separated and kept separated for good reason.

There are far worse songs and chants, it's simply tribal all clubs have a selection of songs or chants either praising their team, players etc or abusing opposition players, teams, managers, cities or regions. Certain clubs have a " hatred " another club Man United v Liverpool or Leeds, Newcastle v Sunderland, Tottenham v Arsenal or West Ham etc

The American ones are pretty cringe ("Fight And Win"??!!!), but at least the BBQ one makes an effort, in that they've obviously heard Vindaloo and have had the imagination to change the lyrics to fit their culture.⚽️

Sorry, but what the Americans are doing is probably a bad joke?! Every football team in the rest of the world would fall asleep with such 'fans'.
