- Make Noise Function has been part of the MATHS family of control voltage utility modules for over a decade! It is a small analog computer designed for solely musical purposes.
We’ve recently decided to produce one last run of the Function, this time with a Black & Gold faceplate, before retiring it, and sending our little ol’ patchin’ pal into the Make Noise Hall of Fame.

Another classic! Brains, Pressure Points, and function could combine to form my fav controll/sequence module. Can't wait to see what you have planned, though, I'm sure it will exceed our wildest dreams.

You know, my first Eurorack modules were a pair of Functions and a mult, which at the time I mostly used to modulate effect pedals (😅) Still have them and still use them all the time-truly one of the most generally useful (and fun!) modulation sources/voltage processors out there imo. It'll be missed!

You guys never considered making a Morphagene in semi modular desktop format? I feel like that would sell so much, starting with myself 😅
Sold my Maths last year, bought a Function in January. Mostly using it as an envelope. The B&G version looks sexy.
I wonder what are your plans since you seem to be retiring some of your most popular modules and also there will be no new complete system.
Oic so it's a slew limiter and envelope generator combined. I've never realized the slew part in maths. Excited about making some patches with that
In some ways the "envelope generator" is a bonus way to use the slew limiter :) Happy patching!!

Only one more run of function? While I'm happy with my silver faceplate function, it feels like the end of an era
using 1 maths & 1 function - my cv-modulation-central in nearly every patch! 😎

When I first got into eurorack modular through the doepfer dark energy (so I could do cross modulation), the function & wogglebug were my first individual modules…. Intended to expand the dark energy with a doepfer 6U case! I only bought the function because I couldn’t afford the maths at the time! I then bought a second one….. and then I bought the maths!😂 here I am about 19U deep in eurorack😂

The shirt is an all-over print based on the lightning graphics from the original MATHS panel.
