Nah these aint it. Its unnecessary toruture and extremely inefficient. Go out for a 30 minute run everyday. How I started. Or any run no more than an hour. I do almost 2 hour runs every morning at 5am before practice. And my fitness is peaked. This has been devolped for many months. But anyone can slowly get there with discipline and consistency! Soccer games are actually less intense than my daily runs. According to my time runs. Theyre actually above almost all Barclay's premier league players. I can hold MANY sub 5 min miles comfortably with ease. Ease!! Zone 2 cardio is the answer
None of these drills are unnecessary and they’ve been proven to work. You’re not meant to perform all these drills at the same time. Instead incorporate them into your sessions to help you build and maintain fitness. I would also say that going on 2 hour runs everyday is unnecessary and extremely inefficient. Football isn’t played at just once pace and with that being said you should focus on doing fitness drills that replicate that such at high intensity interval training while still mixing in an occasional long run. With that being said I do agree the getting to elite level fitness does require consistency and at the end of the day it’s better to do something than nothing at all!
Let’s gooo

Do I do this all in one sesh one diff feaya
No, I’d recommend incorporating them one at a time into your training sessions!
