Nice capture mate, thanks for the upload.Really flying the wings off it to top off the airframe hours!Farewell to the Classic Hornet.
Nice one. Talented and a gorgeous bloke. Probably hilariously funny too. 😀 This would have been a tough day. I hope he loved every second of it.
Fly it like you stole it ! Great display!
Easty really likes the afterburners!
wow if I'm not mistaken he also flew the skyhawks in nz when they retired in 2001, great to see him still doing what he loves 20 years' later.
I've seen this jet flown over my shop thank you so much for posting this video!!!!
Awesome aircraft isn’t it
He must have loved every second of buzzing the airfield
I could do that if they'd let me
Great video mate 👍, sad to see the Hornet leaving.
I hope to be the next “Easty”
Fly it like you stole it....
It looks like he has a notch of flaps down??
Sure does!
It's automatic 😎😎
@@ciwiyeet8216 They look to be down the whole time. That's not typical.
@@MrBen527 he was slow the whole time tho
@@MrBen527 When doing slow and high alpha maneuver, hornets tends to have its flaps out, which is controlled by the fly by wire computer. Thats one of the reason hornet has very high aoa. But it also bleeds speed very quickly.
Best video yet. But what a stuff-up to dump these aircraft just before China comes a knockin"Typical
