The 88 Days

The 88 days refer to the amount of days you have to work in a rural setting in Australia as a working holiday maker to "unlock" your second year. I did mine in an Apricot and Onion farm near Adelaide.
The conversion of my Van was step one in this big journey of mine, the 88 days was step two. My relation to work has always been quite a difficult one. A balance hard to find and I'm still struggling whenever I land a job for quite a while. There's a moment in which everything is learnt, routine kicks in and I start wondering why it is that I do what I do. The existential questions start flooding the gates of mental stability and my fulfilment levels drop through the floor.
Luckily this time there's a catch, a flaw in the circle, an off-beat. A 'liberation' through which I found the energy to create this video. Watch until the end to see a rebirth.
ps. I call it a rebirth as I feel like these kind of things happen in micro- and macro-levels, internal and external. In a similar way as darkness and light or ups and downs or slow and fast or tension and relief and so on. An observation found through these travels of mine.
