idk how to say this w o sounding too corny but ur videos are just so comforting to me. everytime im getting ready for anything school, night out, ig pics,....ect,... i always put on ur videos and everytime u upload sth it just instantly put me in a good mood. all i wanna say is tysm for being my favourite person on yt
I thought it was funny because you said you wouldn’t wear it out of your house but a few weeks ago to celebrate my wedding anniversary, for our dinner, I did a glammed up crying girl look with tears coming off of each of my drawn on bottom eyelashes. It was complete with rhinestone eyelashes, black lipstick and clown blush. I wish I had taken better photos 😅
I feel like this was an adaptation of some of your own artwork that we've seen in the past✨ Also if you're taking suggestions maybe an Enid Sinclair makeup look from Wednesday?🖤
I just want you to know how loved you are Eve!! Thank you for always keepin it real with us, and just being the beautiful genuine lovely bbygirl you are!! ❤
Flat dense kabuki brushes are best for no streaking. The brush you used looks like a stippling brush which is only used to initially apply the foundation. You dab it all over lightly so only the ends of the stippling brush touch your face for an even coverage (it will look like little dots of foundation all over your face), then go over blending in small circles with the kabuki for a smooth, even finish.
it is very difficult to find the right foundation brush. it seems like depending on the formula, the brush will either direct the product or absorb it. i like a densely packed, shorter and ultrafine bristled brush for dabbing around my foundation.
Finallllllly I've been waiting for colorful makeup *especially using a lot of overflowing red(that’s your color) This makeup looks very much like your clown painting so cute i love it 😘♥️
I love your energy and your voice so much. You're so fun to watch and listen to. I love your videos, they make me want to keep doing makeup. I have new products coming in soon, and I'm so excited to try this look once they come in. ❤
i usually don’t like using a brush for foundation because it looks streaky but if i do i do it to make it look like light coverage. i use the brush then dull it out with the beauty blender on top:)
i think it’s maybe that you’re not used to the coverage that a brush gives you versus a sponge? i’m sure you already know a sponge picks up some of the product that you’re putting down but a brush just kind of spreads it across the face and provides a little more opacity! that’s my guess! i always go over with a sponge after using a brush:)
thank you so much for your beautiful, beautiful videos. I am autistic and for some reason your videos help me very well when I need something on the background. уou have really amazing make-up skills and you have very beautiful eyes, always remember this and never think differently, use only a constructive assessment of yourself. you speak casually, as if I'm sitting in the same room with someone close to me or experiencing the atmosphere when friends at school are learning to make up and hide on the first floor to do it and discuss different stuff, but it sounds sincere and cute. ❤❤❤
I think it’s more about the kind of makeup u do. I feel like brushes work better when you’re doing minimal/light makeup keeps the product in place better while a beauty blender would soak it up leaving u with no product left on the face but for foundations esp the fuller coverage ones that were popular look way more natural with a beauty blender!
Okay: brushes!!! The dual-fibre one you're using is great for blending cream/liquid contour and blush, but it's not ideal for foundation. You want something with shorter, more densely-packed bristles for foundation. For the best results, you want one that isn't totally bluntly flat on the top; you want some flat space at the top, but you also want a bit of a beveled edge around the top perimeter. That's not making any sense. Think of that diamond sketch, like one of these 💎? You want the top of your foundation brush to be like the top of that diamond. It doesn't matter if the top of the brush is angled, or square, or whatever shape, but you do want dense bristles with the above-mentioned beveling. To apply liquid or cream base products with a brush, pick up some product on the brush, then gently tap and roll the tip on the back of your hand, to coat the bristles evenly before you go in on your face. You want to dab it on, and use a circular kind of swirling to get it onto larger areas. Then, you go in with a stippling motion. This works everything into your skin, making it look more natural, whereas swiping the product on like you're painting a wall will leave streaks and uneven application. That's the main reason people feel like they're getting a better blend with a beauty blender: they're pouncing the blender onto their skin, instead of swiping it on. You just have to use a similar technique with the brush. Swirl and stipple. If you want everything to look super-flawless after all your foundation and concealer are blended? (Good job with the smaller brush for your concealer, btw. With brushes and concealer, you don't need as much product. Just tap it on: applying, then blending, with a slim, flat brush, or a smaller fluffy-dense one, and you're ballin'.) Okay: back to my original point- flawless finish. Take a dense, yet fluffy powder brush (it doesn't have to be gigantic, the bristles just need those dense-yet-fluffy characteristics). Dip it into a powder foundation (one that matches your skintone, as opposed to a translucent powder), knock off the excess, and buff small amounts of powder at a time into your skin, with the brush. It sets everything and makes your skin look airbrushed, but not cakey or aged. I'm not an MUA, but I learned a ton about makeup in hair school, and also from tutorials on UA-cam. Mel Thompson (RIP) was really great with explaining brush application, different brushes, how to use them, etcetera. There's another beauty content creator I just discovered, and she IS an MUA. (Mel was too, I think? She worked at MAC for years, anyway) Her name is.....um.....I may have to edit it in after..Nikki LaRose or something? [Edit: I was correct-ish! Spelling's kinda off, but w/e. I hope she wouldn't mind.] She's also really great about explaining brushes. The thing that is so good about beauty blenders is the extra moisture you get. There are multiple tools for every job, and no "wrong" way to do it. Or not exactly.... There are guidelines, tricks, and theory, and they help you achieve your desired looks. That being said, if you want to apply your makeup with a paint roller or a spatula? Do you, buddy!
dude honestly I just use brushes at first so it doesn't absorb much product THEN use the beauty blender to finish blending it out seamlessly. you're doin fine babes~
where do you put your lashes while you wait for the glue to dry?? i usually just hold them, it's a huge waste of time but I don't know what else to do with them
maybe you could do what’s on my iphone video? where you’d show your favorite apps and stuff. maybe u could sneak in an ad on it too!! i think it would be fun. 😊
Yes dense brushes typically are best with liquid products but you can use a fluffy brush with foundation and make it look flawless. I just wouldn't recommend a stippling brush like she used, a small-ish powder brush would work best imo
Personally I have dry skin and I find whenever I use a brush my cheeks and nose looks extra crispy so I roll with my sponge. But when I do my moms makeup I use a brush, she has oily skin so maybe it also has a little to do with skin type ? Just my 2 cents, not a makeup artist or anything lol.
beauty blenders hold a lot of bacteria even tho u clean it or wash it cause it soaks up all the products so i personally don’t like beauty blenders and plus when i use them, it makes me breakout bad

and i took notes!
Same thing I was gonna comment!! Densely packed short brushed usually work the best for me.
same here!! i use a very liquidy foundation so that type of brush works the best for me :3
I can tell you’re an artist because of the small details remind me of what I do when I’m drawing ppl
Your makeup is always amazing! Love you Eve❤

I'm the same with brushes for foundation. It feels like I'm just pushing the foundation around my face and the brush strokes are way too visible on me

I just can' t with you. Simply, thank you, dorogaya 🧛🏻♀️🖤
I don't know why but I feel so much better after seeing this video I was studying all night long and I'm so sick if it thanks ❤

You should always label your videos with unintentional ASMR 😍😌😌

You Always end up looking like a Lucas David sketch ❤🖤❤️🖤❤️🖤❤️
This is too difficult for me LOL. I'd rather do my normal makeup then do something to make myself cry then BOOM! LOL
The makeup is amazing though!!❤😊
where do you put your lashes while you wait for the glue to dry?? i usually just hold them, it's a huge waste of time but I don't know what else to do with them
Where do you get your eyelashes? They are so pretty 💕
i wish i was her 💙
maybe you could do what’s on my iphone video? where you’d show your favorite apps and stuff. maybe u could sneak in an ad on it too!! i think it would be fun. 😊
sooo cool! x
babe, i love u and ur video😭😭💌
btw it’s seems good to change makeup tools for blend cheek contour etc but foundation needs more dense brush This one is too fluffy
Yes dense brushes typically are best with liquid products but you can use a fluffy brush with foundation and make it look flawless. I just wouldn't recommend a stippling brush like she used, a small-ish powder brush would work best imo
Perfeita 🖤
my makeup is also all over my desk going crazy
now THIS is crying makeup
you are so pretty😍😍😍🥰
Meanwhile, people spend thousands of dollars trying to get rid of rosacea.
i need to get makeup face brushes and liquid contour because its changing everything and powdered contour just annoys me :')
