Even clean girls have skin texture! Some people are just more blessed with clear skin that works with less/cream based makeup. I think us former emos are better built for a more obvious makeup look, but anyone can do anything! I’ve seen it called a “dirty girl” aesthetic haha, maybe you can do another vid where you just CAKE makeup on and make it very obvious in contrast to the “clean” look

About which jewelry fits your skin tone: I've been interested in what hair, clothing and jewelry colors are supposed to fit my skin tone too. So theres three major types: cold, neutral/both and warm. Youre supposed to check your wrist in the sunlight but if you dont have anyone to compare to it can be hard to figure the color of your vains out. I noticed checking your eyelids helps if theyre vainy! Cold types have blue/purple vains and often tend to get red on the nose etc. Warm types have more of a green leaning tone in the vains and neutral people can be both blue and green! If you are neutral you usually look good with both gold and silver/ warm and cool tones. If youre cold you look better/less tired with cold tones & silver jewelry and warm people look better in warm tones and gold. This is very simplified though. There a few more sub categories but apparently Korreans have a way more thought through system for what makes you look the best. Thats all I know, I hope it helps! :)

For a clean girl look you should use a skin tint, not a foundation. Foundation is why you're getting that heavy look. The fenty beauty blurring skin tint would have been perfect for this look.

idk if it works like this for everyone but i like to hold my face near steam (like run a hot shower or smth) after my makeup, it like… makes it melt into the oils from my skin and it looks so much smoother and glowier

i love your videos so much!! i get cold sores often and so does my friend and she uses chapstick with lysine in it and it works well for her otherwise i usually use lysine supplements and a valacyclovir prescription and they both help a ton
I feel like the distinction has to be made between the Clean Girl definition of like “minimal makeup just skincare” and what we see in the inspo pics. The people in the inspo pics are likely wearing this much makeup tbh. I also think clean girl is an activity not a lifestyle xo

You have very similar colouring to me. I think it's very common when you come from Celtic ancestry. Extremely pale skin with blue/grey eyes with a hint of green. We're cool/nuetral. I think we can get away with gold but if we absolutely had to pick it would be silver. If we do go for gold a deep tarnished bronzey colour (like my natural hair colour) or an extremely light, almost white gold looks much better than bright yellow-gold.

My veins are blue, so I'm cool-toned. Silver and Rose gold compliment me well, but outright gold, not so much. Another kind of simple way to answer is what blush looks best on you. If Pinkie tones look best, then you're most likely cool toned. But if Peachy colors compliment more, then warm toned. I'm gonna give an educated guess and say you're cool toned, as you already wear complimentive make up and jewelry, you uncontiously know what looks best on you. Sorry this got Wordy, hope it helps❤
