With someone this young, it is concerning, especially because he could end up with damage that requires surgery to repair. Some of the raspiness could also be attributed to other factors but yeah, he sounds just like Jojo Siwa and her voice is very damaged

The kids are honestly very genuine and sweet. I’ve been working kids forEVER and you can really tell when a kid is putting on a front, and with the lil Rizz especially you can tell he’s just chilling. I hope that he gets to remain that way and enjoy his childhood.
