Thanks for the movie, but please take the bucket away from the crusher, I'm getting nervous watching ;) As long as it spits out chips, everything is working fine. Just let the big logs take some more time. Feed some small stuff on top/sides and watch the conveyors transporting chips.
I hope you own that crambo,, the amount of extra force added from the bucket is gonna destroy primary and secondary bearings much faster. Let it eat... that's what it's designed for man. As it's been said a bunch of times, just watch ur output conveyor. It will tell you everything. Continue to fill intake hopper with brush to give it more 'bite". Good video!
Throw the small stuff in to give yourself some time to split the logs up on the ground using your teeth so u can mix it in with the next bucket load of small stuff. That way your not wasting time rearranging the log in the machine but more importantly, the machine will always be running full capacity n it would be better for the machine to not be pressing down on the rotating grinders with the excavator.
We have a wood screw that goes on the excavator if we get a decent amount of large logs I will make a video splitting them in the busy season we just don't take the time to split them
We turn ours up to full speed and let her eat !!! fuel cost money. Toss that wood in the hopper and let it do it’s job, you play to much. Turn that thing UP. This was BORING !!!

А он сидит бревнушко(18:05) старается из груды выудит((( у него задача другая, - бири больше, - кидай4 дальше!!!
how did you even get this job? put the stuff in the grinder and leave it the hell alone. keep loading and the big stuff will work through. the amount of time you spent playing about sticking your bucket in the grinder caused so much delays its not funny.

Just drop another load on those thick ones and the grinder will eat through without you playing around.

Ever used a Doppstadt? I preferred them over the Komptech.
It is a good idea to clean the windscreen every so often so that the viewer can see what is being shown?
Are you grinding for fuel pellets?
We make natural and colored mulch for a bag plant that supplies a few chain stores im not sure if I can say the names of the stores though

Just a suggestion here, why NOT have a log splitter there to break up the big woods?

a tub grinder is not faster, and it has too much horsepower to do the same work and needs lots more of gasoline
