My plan is to show the day by day operation for this week instead of just recording here and there what I think might be interesting. This week I'm trying to make at least 3,000 yards of black mulch so we will see if I get it done!

    how did you even get this job? put the stuff in the grinder and leave it the hell alone. keep loading and the big stuff will work through. the amount of time you spent playing about sticking your bucket in the grinder caused so much delays its not funny.

    I'm sure if you contact the place that made you the current screens I'm sure they can make you a 1.75 or even a 2" screen would be perfect for ya to be productive and get a good looking mulch out of it the first run threw.

    I'm surprised that's a reverse mill head cutting away from the material rather then downward toward the material on a forward mill head that's crazy.

    maybe try loading with the tub spinning at almost the slowest speed when first loading then turn it up some but not as fast as you have it going and it will grind more smoothly and consistently you should try it.

    Hey man,good Idea,I know, its not very easy to learn how to use a crambo. But make hill of material on the crambo and he will work. I am working by myself with a crambo and the most important thing is in my opinion learn from videos on youtube how to work with it. And don`t push with the shovel. Good luck

    Waa the pile in the video the whole job? It's my innocence of the work showing but a pile like that seems like not enough to merit hauling the equipment around. 🤔

      You are right, but it's a city and they like to waste money. This town is only 10 minutes from the company's yard where they could have dumped that entire pile for a fraction of the cost.

      When filming, the conversations and the grid disturb the picture. It is also important that you can clearly see how the wood is being ground. Loading the grinder is less interesting.

    I’m not trying to be rude man but when the. Hammer is. Worn down that bad you guys. Should really get a welder in there and build it up or pull the rod and put new ones in because that’s why they keep coming loose it’s a saddle back tooth and it’s meant to sit on the hammer with the saddle flush so this way it doesn’t move around or come loose again not trying to tell you how to do your. Job I’m simply trying to give advice.

    • @bluecollarnortheast1025
      @bluecollarnortheast1025 Рік тому

      Yeah your right the hammers were actually welded up about a month before this video I don't know if you have had this issue but the weld is actually smashing the mill needs rebuilt but the plant goes through 600 yards of mulch a day so we can't have the grinder down long enough to rebuild it so it's the struggle bus for awhile
