I have a 2000 DTS that I have put 100k of the 172K miles that it currently has on it and it is still going strong. It does everything so well to this day, I cannot justify replacing it. It drives as good as the day I got it 9 years ago.

@@dabnisbrickey6527 No. I bought a Lexus about 5 years ago. Lexus is so much more reliable than a Cadillac.

@@LabineGaming when i sold mine, it had about 175k miles, i sold it for $1,000. It tended to run hot. The northstar is pretty much dead at 170k
I would snap up one of these good DTS' while they are still available. They are the last of the classic, comfortable, reliable Cadillacs.
Alan J just wish they would of had less plastic parts in the car. Like those early 2000’s plastic
GM crapped out somewhere north of a quarter million of them. They'll be "still available" for a long time to come.
North Star is far from reliable
I've had my caddy for 3 years and bought it at 93,000 miles. It's got 116,000 now and has surprisingly not given me any issues. I'd like it to last another 4 years, but we will see...
Gorgeous Cadillac, the ride is like sitting on a couch with wheels.
I have a a 2010 Lux III DTS. LOVE it. Very comfortable. Smooth. I bought it with 19 miles on it. I put 80k on it without a single issue. My 7th cadillac, I'll continue buying cadillac's. In my humble opinion it's the best brand built in America. They roll out of the Hamtramck Michigan plant. You couldn't give me a lexus. I do not want a nazi mobile, and acura is a joke. Just a well built car. GM is a good company. Say what you want about American cars. The public has been brain washed into thinking foreign cars are superior to ours. That is dead wrong. I've owned a few Japanese cars. I enjoyed my Subaru, I had a Suzuki Samurai, I had a C420 Benz. The Benz was a lemon. Horrible electrical problems. The Samurai was fun, but I'm a GM guy. I just love big American sedans.
Lexus are pretty bulletproof cars, see them on Craigslist all the time with over 300k but this is nice too

I found one super clean only 70000 Km on it 7500 Canadian maybe I can get it for 6 v8 4.6 litter grey colour just looks sick and I’m very into old cars I just wonder how is the comfort in this anyways long story short I was looking at this car on Kijiji and loved it maybe I can get it for 6k with only 70000 Km on it I wonder how is reliability and how is comfort from 1 to 10 this car I’m not very familiar with American cars but I do love them and I’m starting to get into American cars I’m from Iraq so in Canada I wanna support North American products and I want them to be great again they are good now days changed a lot but anyways the more people support them the better cars they can make and I was always into American cars is just reliability however after 2015 American cars became really nice and good and advanced so long story short my heart still goes into old cars some cars were reliable some weren’t now most are reliable but before some were good some weren’t and I wonder how this car is sorry for long message lol I like to go into details hehe

My GOD it's a high end Impala LOL...Same steering wheel and the front end resembles the Impala...If only they could've put a small block v8 in those things instead of the Northstar V8
They did, in the Impala (SS trim). It made a bit more power, but arguably wasn't as refined as the DTS/Northstar combination.

they are good cars I have a 2011 dts 125000 brought it with 32000 miles on it.
That dts is a beautiful car I have one mind the Lord bless me with got a 140000 miles on it good car.
