      Depending on how long you're out & how cold it is, it wont make a huge difference as your whole bottle will eventually freeze. I like insulator sleeves, they'll keep your water liquid and also not 32.5°F so its still comfortable to drink from. When your water is nearly frozen and its 7°F out, it makes it hard to want to drink a proper amount, which can lead to dehydration.

    And always remember to stay off cross country trails and double tracks on shared trails, you are destroying the trails for the rest of us who ski.

    wat? snowshoeing is not specifically done in mountains... even less on slopes without trees.
