Depending on how long you're out & how cold it is, it wont make a huge difference as your whole bottle will eventually freeze. I like insulator sleeves, they'll keep your water liquid and also not 32.5°F so its still comfortable to drink from. When your water is nearly frozen and its 7°F out, it makes it hard to want to drink a proper amount, which can lead to dehydration.
