How can I trust that Specialized will keep putting the effort on their XC models as they did in the past, if all I see now is a company that gave up of promoting its own XC team. After what Anika did last Sunday, they should do a 30 minutes video celebrating her achievement. But NO, they just don't care. A vid about Gwin is great, I am a huge fan of him and I am sincerely happy for him now. But Specialized should have XC as a big flag to promote is products. They have just steped back I don't know why. Is Enduro and Downhill so much more profitable that this company doesn't even care about the sport that made its name and put on the map in the past?
Caio Fern Specialized made it's name in mountain biking mate, it's all one sport. DH gets more coverage because it needs it, the market is smaller, Specialized want to grow it. Plenty of money spent making that bike work, gotta get Dave and John to buy it now.

But to neglect XC as they have done is at least offensive for the consumers who have trusted this brand for so many years.
