The game doesn't teach you any of that lol
Don’t just add them every time Umm mod chips are a bit weird to get them to legendary like to explain it I’ll look like I’m writing a book for each however bassis consist of 3 epic health suit mods one blue elemental suit mod if you have any low level mods don’t matter you can fuse a level 1 mod chip blue element with level 3 it becomes level 3 or fuse level 1 elemental mod chip with a 3 level 45 epic suit mods (purple mod chip) and it gives you a level 45 legendary whatever the highest level chip mod you fuse it becomes that number I have thousands of these tips I have 500+ hours on my steam account
