For all the people shouting that it is a "hype" & "no resale" etc. For your kind information, no Government will install massive electricity grids in the area where there is no development potential. Both the central and state governments have set up electricity grids that will supply power to whole of Pharma City. Currently, the 200 ft main road is well-maintained and plantation, etc is also watered on daily basis. Why would a government put so much effort in maintaining a area that is just a "hype?"
We must be educated enough to understand the potential ourselves by doing self-research.

@@harsha016 The area for Hyderabad Pharma City allowed as a National Investment Manufacturing Zone is not an exaggeration, as it's a policy cleared by the Central Government in 2019. Other environmental clearances, etc were also passed after heavy scrutiny:

Pharma City aimed to increase the manufacturing and promote R&D centers along with universities, etc. Hence, to establish a "Mega township" sounds uncertain considering the NIM Zone allotment in the area. How can residential set up meet the requirements for NIMZ?
There must be proper revocation of the NIMZ policy, only after which establishment of other projects can be considered.
The Chief Minister also called for plan to develop an environmental friendly mega township in the huge extent of lands acquired for proposed Pharma City near Kandukur. The proposed Pharma City should be farther away from the city since it could cause pollution and instructed HMR MD to plan for metro rail connectivity to this proposed mega township from the Airport area via Tukkuguda on the Srisailam Road.

The major concern is the dumping of pharma industrial waste. Disposal has to be done properly. It's best if Nearby residents don't use ground water.
True, that is the reason intitally POC's are run to test the sustainability before executing whole project. Also no ground water will be used for manufacturing.

No one will stay that area. As within 5 years they will be polluted like hell, and people will die with cancer. Just check the patencheru and jedimetla in front of us how that got spoiled. Native who belong to that area has left those area. Think twice before you plan to stay. It’s all real estate mafia who are going to elevate the price in those area. Being an educated person don’t ruin your life. Your and your children future is more important than that…

NIMZ is a status given as per national manufacturing policy(NMP) 2011. Pharma city is also designated as NIMZ along with Zaheerabad NIMZ.
