    And pharma city is no more now. Practical approach from new CM who accepted that polluting industry should be much more away from Hyderabad. We all know how this non polluting tag line starts and how it will change down the line once money and corruption comes into play. High time this hyper inflated real estate prices cool off.

      This will be a great place to invest for my opinion as it’s closer to airport and huge land bank available for govt to provide it to industries..! And also near to city like sagar road and Balapur.!

    For all the people shouting that it is a "hype" & "no resale" etc. For your kind information, no Government will install massive electricity grids in the area where there is no development potential. Both the central and state governments have set up electricity grids that will supply power to whole of Pharma City. Currently, the 200 ft main road is well-maintained and plantation, etc is also watered on daily basis. Why would a government put so much effort in maintaining a area that is just a "hype?"
    We must be educated enough to understand the potential ourselves by doing self-research.

      @@harsha016 The area for Hyderabad Pharma City allowed as a National Investment Manufacturing Zone is not an exaggeration, as it's a policy cleared by the Central Government in 2019. Other environmental clearances, etc were also passed after heavy scrutiny:

      There must be proper revocation of the NIMZ policy, only after which establishment of other projects can be considered.

    The Chief Minister also called for plan to develop an environmental friendly mega township in the huge extent of lands acquired for proposed Pharma City near Kandukur. The proposed Pharma City should be farther away from the city since it could cause pollution and instructed HMR MD to plan for metro rail connectivity to this proposed mega township from the Airport area via Tukkuguda on the Srisailam Road.

    The major concern is the dumping of pharma industrial waste. Disposal has to be done properly. It's best if Nearby residents don't use ground water.

      True, that is the reason intitally POC's are run to test the sustainability before executing whole project. Also no ground water will be used for manufacturing.

      Yes now ground water for project its under mission bagiratha work is already done krishna water from sagar are brought here and also the contaminated water are not left outside they are recycled and again sent to indistry for reuse....not like kaleshwaram if ktr keeps his promises like cetp and zld pharmacity clicks

      It’s true. On paper everything will look fancy, but sooner just to cut cost they will do everything. Check patencheru case. Everything look legal on paper unless implemented and executed.

      No one will stay that area. As within 5 years they will be polluted like hell, and people will die with cancer. Just check the patencheru and jedimetla in front of us how that got spoiled. Native who belong to that area has left those area. Think twice before you plan to stay. It’s all real estate mafia who are going to elevate the price in those area. Being an educated person don’t ruin your life. Your and your children future is more important than that…

      Yes , they are in planning for 2km but not finalized ,additionally there is already forest zone and conservation zone to safe gaurd this overlap.

      The GOVT is seriously considering a 5 KM buffer zone around the Pharma City.
      Beyond the existing forest lands.
      You brokers will pump until you can extract the money and then abscond.
      Poor small time buyer will pour their life savings into these and get struck.
      We bought a plot in early 2000's in the GO 111 area, not knowing that there is a such a thing. The middle guys never told us despite knowing.
      General public did not have much info back then.
      Even if a single person does his due diligence by looking at my comment, he will be saved from marketing gimmicks.

    Tukkuguda will be the best location for investment, it is appropriately far from Pharma city and close enough to Financial District and core city.

      Here, we are still within close proximity to ORR.
      Highest number of SEZ's present on Srisailam highway.
      With Foxxcon, and soon to be built Airport Metro, Amar Raja R&D center inside aero ity and many more announcements each month. There is huge potential for this area in the coming 3-5 years.

      NIMZ is a status given as per national manufacturing policy(NMP) 2011. Pharma city is also designated as NIMZ along with Zaheerabad NIMZ.
