Better to retain pharma city in the same place. Land pooling took 8 years to finish. If we talk about pollution with the relocation of pharma clusters across Hyderabad means we are spreading pollution all around Hyderabad. Land pooling will take another 10+ years. People will lose confidence in doing investment already people are in panic mode. More than 1 lakh plots are sold in the southern part of the srisailam highway. If people try to do real estate with the name of pharma city in future in new Locations i am sure no one will show interest. Present government should continue the project in the same area to retain investors confidence in Telangana. I wish our present CM revanth garu would make the right decision based on the majority of people's interest.

We can't expect even new developments in hyderabad or districts of Telangana because government don't have even money to give 6 guarantees. Other than guarantees they have to do minimum roads and drainage with higher difficulty by managing the funds. They have only options of selling lands to corporates. Middle class people cannot even think to buy house or plot in hyderabad. Very big bubble bursted already. Atleast 3 to 4 years required in hyderabad for real estate recovery. Expecting 40 to 50% prices will drop on plots or houses . Look for international fighting by country to country like Israel and Russia Hamas and Houties and USA it may leads to WORLD WAR 3 also by 2024 end..just be prepared for worst instead of buying or investments.
