I am able to do only half squats...still in level 1 after 1 week of doing these squats. Hopefully few weeks i will be able to go into level 2

I have a question,some of you says that legs bit open a wide. Not exactly at 90°as body go forward. But you are doing it forward at 90°(ur knees alignment with body).

Good Wishes Sir, Squats k baad pushups karna chahiye ya pahle ? And kya strenous exercises k baad cool down karne k liye let kar knees bend kar k pursed lips breathing kar sakte hain coz I've heard in yoga terminology pursed lips breathing called udhgeet pranayama which activates parasympathetic nervous system so, if we do pursed lips breathing lying down supine position, how many reps required to cool down ? as I've also heard that overdo may cause lightheadedness and anxiety.

@@shreyanshgupta3642 weighted squats should be 8,10 0r 12 reps and 3/4 sets. Bodyweight squats could be anything not hyrting. But 200 is too much.
