Here's something that may intrest you: There are some of unused quotes said by both Sonic and Shadow in the game data, which states that Sonic/Shadow gets sucked into the tornado, and both of them nearly thank each other for helping. This implies that this Action Stage was going to have both Sonic and Shadow playable in its sections. I'd love to have seen that myself, and, especially if Sonic's the one to rescue Shadow, that would make them even in the Post Radical Train cutscene when Shadow saves Sonic from Silver.
I love the uniqueness of each character. Sonic’s style is built on speed and quick decisions, Shadow has so many skill sets and combat techniques, and Silver’s style takes strategy and perfect timing. I’m sorry guys, but this is still the best Sonic game for me. I know it has glitches and things that needed patching up, but honestly if they came out with a more modern version of this game, it would be the number 1 Sonic game in the world

After sonic 06, sega started listening to critics and stopped making other characters playable which is a shame, would’ve been nice to have a improved shadow in another game. Were they the armed buggies that made you think of the first Shadow the Hedgehog stage? Also, how come the buggies in this stage are still not only active, but also loaded with ammo? This stage is a land of ruined buildings and destroyed vehicles with a sea of molten lava below.

Its genuinely hysterical, like you come across as someone who lays awake at night stewing in your hatred for this game, its fans, and its redeeming qualities. In "Shadow the Hedgehog" game, using certain vehicles is required (Black Hawk/Black Volt for some aerial segments in different levels, Air Saucer in the, IIRC, Space Gadget to pass above the whatever this green liquid is, G.U.N. Jump Vehicle in the Sky Troops, though I'm not quite sure about this one and a Gun Lift in the Lost Impact to move between different sections of the ARK), but other times, they are completely optional
I don't know but I think it's sega's fault when they make shadow extremely powerful and have a lot of forms actually I made a search about shadow and I discovered that shadow had a dark form and hero form (shadow the hedgehog video game) and chaos boost level 1, level 2 and level 3 (sonic 06) super form and also he can use the dark and hero forms with the super form to be just like hyper sonic (even hyper sonic can't use chaos blast or chaos Spear etc...) not to mention that he had the same speed that sonic had and the same moves with even more physical power so why they made very powerful even more than the main character sonic ?
Sonic 06 is a bad game don’t get me wrong… but It’s not as bad as people make it out to be, it had potential but it was wasted by the glitches and rushed development the plot was miscellaneous and it needed work, but over all it wasn’t that bad people just love to shit on this game and won’t bother giving it a chance
If this were a fan game or a game simply made by one guy, I would respect it, but I speak for the whole fanbase when I say, this game wasn't really good
